Participated in the 'Black Diamond Partner One City, One Hotel Free Room' event and chose the Hyatt Regency. The hotel's location is super convenient, and I was upgraded to a high-floor executive room. Even though it was a partial sea view, the scenery was still unbeatable, offering an unobstructed panorama of Taipingjiao. Our butler, Winnie, provided extremely professional service. She prepared children's amenities in advance and even arranged cute towel art elephants 🐘. She also gave the kids toys and Qingdao's local specialty, calcium milk biscuits. It was a perfect staycation – enjoyed a delicious breakfast, then went for a swim and a workout. Absolutely perfect! Many thanks to Winnie for her thoughtful arrangements.

I often take early morning flights, so I frequently stay at airport terminal hotels. This is probably my fourth time staying at Pullman. I'm usually prepared for and can tolerate the environmental noise at terminal hotels. My previous stays at Pullman were always positive, but this time, it was truly terrible. There was an alarm-like noise all night, fluctuating in pitch and piercing my brain. If someone had a weak heart, they'd end up in the hospital. As a result, I didn't sleep a wink all night and just got up at 6 AM to head to the airport. I want to emphasize again, after staying in hotels for so long, this is genuinely my first negative review.

The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

The hotel is on the edge of the ancient city of Taierzhuang, very close to the past. The little sister in black at the front desk of the hotel had a very good service. She checked in in time and upgraded the room for free. She helped guide the car to park in the backyard of the hotel. She also helped with luggage and adjusted the TV in the room. Jia Weixin sent the performance of the ancient town to my mobile phone. It was too warm. Must be praised. The room was very large and clean. Stayed for a while, went to the ancient town to play, and ate local food. Today, I left the store, the front desk also sent 2 local specialty pancakes, thank you very much, the stay experience is good, it is recommended, five-star praise!

The in-room facilities are comprehensive, including smart toilets (though not all rooms have them; you can request one when booking) and USB sockets, all reflecting the hotel's care for business travelers. The mattress is neither too soft nor too hard, paired with blackout curtains and silent air conditioning, ensuring a quiet and comfortable night's sleep even when facing the street. The separate wet and dry bathroom design makes morning routines more leisurely. The mini-bar offers free bottled water, tea bags, and coffee sachets with unlimited refills, which is undoubtedly a ”lifesaver” for those who often work late. There's also freshly ground coffee available in the 26th-floor lobby, making the beautiful view even more enjoyable! As for the service, it goes without saying. There are only a handful of five-star hotels in Yantai, and even fewer in the city center. Pullman can certainly be considered among the most enthusiastic in terms of service. It doesn't have flashy decorations, but it excels in practicality and thoughtfulness in every detail. If you're looking for an efficient and hassle-free stay, this is definitely your best bet! I will choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!

The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. Fruits and yogurt were provided. The large window allowed you to see the Caozhou Peony Garden. A souvenir was given when you checked out. The breakfast and evening buffet had a wide variety of dishes, good quality, and was clean and hygienic. The waiter's service attitude was also good, which was great! It is close to the Caozhou Peony Garden and can be reached on foot. I will choose this place again next time I come.

I was drawn in by MGM's milk tea, so I booked a two-night stay for the National Day holiday, curious to experience MGM for the first time. Pros: 1️⃣ The hardware facilities are excellent, quite luxurious. 2️⃣ The buffet breakfast is quite rich. 3️⃣ Kids' face painting service is offered every morning, which the children love. 4️⃣ There's an indoor children's playground. 5️⃣ The lobby offers drinks like Sprite and fruit tea. Cons: 1️⃣ Lack of attention to detail: The bathtub and shower aren't separated (wet and dry areas are combined). While this makes the space feel large, the shower water temperature is a bit low and the showerhead is small, making it chilly to shower when the weather is cold. 2️⃣ The butler service is practically non-existent. After an initial call before check-in, they disappeared. The complimentary lion plushies I'd seen online were nowhere to be found for me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves with hotels – discriminatory service. My previous stay at Capella Hainan also had this issue. 3️⃣ We had two separate bookings, which the hotel treated as one stay, but the Wi-Fi policy didn't allow for it. This was quite silly; they wouldn't let us connect to Wi-Fi as guests, so we had to log in via phone verification.

I was completely shocked. The overall environment is very good. There are also gifts. Wow, it's really thoughtful. What surprised me most about this store is the service. The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, charging piles, laundry room, washing machine and dryer, gym, beauty room, nail beauty, breakfast tastes good, and the price is right! A very happy journey! I must stay here next time! I recommend everyone to try it when they come to Weifang. The breakfast here provides a special Chaotian pot. The sesame cakes are really better than those outside. If you can accept it, go outside and try it! It's 10 minutes to the Kite Museum and 30 minutes to Fangci Town. It's quiet in the hustle and bustle, surrounded by various delicacies, waiting for you to discover

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. The service at the hotel is also exceptionally thoughtful; from the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, helped with our luggage, and processed our check-in with a constant smile. It really made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned immaculately every day, and any requests we had were attended to promptly by the staff. The hotel environment is also very pleasant and relaxing. I must also highlight their breakfast buffet – it offers a rich variety of dishes, with both Western and Chinese options available, and the food tastes great, satisfying everyone's preferences. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area and highly recommend it to others!
