Clean and spacious hotel rooms. Super friendly, efficient and helpful service from all the staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a nice pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location near to all activities, the falls & the local town. Lots of wildlife around like monkeys, buck, elephants & hippos. Great stay!
No food- the only reason I could not rate 5/5 on facilities. The workers are honest. I had forgotten one of my phones after checking out. They contacted me and kept the phone for me for several hours.
The hotel is generally in line with its price, but in the photo it looks better than it is in reality. The room is generally clean but the water works with interruptions. There was a bad water pressure in the evening. You can stop for one or two days but it will not fit for a long stay. With children too would not recommend.
Breakfast is, but it is uniform. The location is not very successful, it is quite far from the city center (going on foot, but honestly not the best idea).
My Experience at A’Zambezi was really amazing. I felt at home and the place is very beautiful. The staff members are very helpful, polite and friendly. I can write an almost essay about their good services. I highly recommend this hotel.

ななのぴI stayed in a dormitory.
The room, shared shower, and toilet were all well-cleaned and nice.
I planned to stay one night but ended up staying an extra night.
However, there is a bar space which is very noisy and plays music until late at night, so it may not be suitable for people who want to relax.
I was tired so I ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel. A beef burger was $9 and a beer was $2.
The taste was okay.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, right in the center of town and only about a 10 minute walk to the bridge.
The room was just enough for a couple with two check-in-sized suitcases.
The breakfast and coffee were good enough if you’re in a rush.
However, there were a few issues during our stay.
There was no hot water after about 5 minutes of showering each day.
We stayed in a corner room facing the main road. From Friday to Sunday, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, the restaurant across the street blasted loud music and non-stop chatter. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very noticeable…quite frustrating after a long day of travel.
We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said this was the best they had available.
KKobe & KyleThe Hostel grounds themselves and the tent was very clean. We just did not realize that by booking a “double room” that it was actually a tent. The provided fan was nice and kept us cool in the evening and pool kept us clean during the day.
The location though is a bit outside of the town center though so you either need a car or to call a taxi to get anywhere.
The restaurant onsite was okay, but it wasn’t explained to us that occasionally they have a special BBQ and you can’t order anything else from the menu. If we knew that at the time, we would have stopped at the market and self catered.
But the staff was all lovely and helpful.

GGuest UserDespite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable.
What a mesmerizing stay!
GGuest UserIt is indeed a century-old luxury hotel built by British colonists. It shows aristocratic temperament everywhere, low-key atmosphere, thoughtful and meticulous service. The black brother guides you to a special living room for check-in, and sends you wet wipes and lemonade. The back garden of the hotel is facing the waterfall bridge. The most wonderful thing is to enjoy the mist rising from the waterfall while drinking English afternoon tea.
GGuest UserHad an excellent stay. Nice facilities and a cool lookout tower. Food here was great and we had dinner each night we were there. Walking distance to the town - about 25 mins so that’s an option too.
GGuest UserEverything about our stay at safari Club was wonderful. We were surprised by how much was complimentary o and included..All the excursions were amazing and and the transfers effortless. The food and the spa treatments also exceeded expectations. Would love to go back.
DDesZizouHad a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise
Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.
