桥头三嫩

Typical Zigong specialty dishes. I tried all three of the restaurant's signature dishes and also ordered a portion of shredded pork. The three tenders are indeed as the name suggests, fresh and tasty. The kidneys have almost no smell, and are stir-fried with chives, fresh and refreshing. The tripe is crispy and not soft at all. The pig liver is also quite good. The taste is quite good

Qiaotou Sannen is a restaurant that locals definitely need to visit. Stir-fried kidney, stir-fried pork liver and stir-fried rabbit stomach are the three specialties of this old restaurant, which is also the origin of the "three tenders". The more people there are, the better it tastes.

I drive there specifically to order these three dishes every time. They are a real treat!
