Wow, this restaurant is amazing! My local friend raved about it! It's located in the XX shopping district, super easy to find with navigation. The three of us ordered four or five dishes, and it only came to 50 yuan per person! The signature XX stir-fried pork was incredibly fragrant and went perfectly with rice; I ate two bowls of rice! I'll definitely come back next time, haha!
The restaurant's decor is quite ordinary, but it's perfectly fine for entertaining friends! The portions are huge, and the ingredients are all incredibly fresh. The braised pork belly with twice-cooked pork was amazing; the pork slices were fried until crispy and fragrant, and I could easily eat three bowls of rice with it! The shredded pork with sweet bean sauce was also super delicious, and eating it wrapped in bean curd sheets was so satisfying 😋
Locals here don't really eat rice noodle rolls, but this Zitong rice noodle roll shop is really something else. The intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship makes it stand out; the noodles are incredibly chewy, and the spicy, sour, and savory flavor is authentic—you can't find it anywhere else.
