The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a lively area with an abundance of diverse food options and attractions. Kowloon Park is also nearby, making it perfect for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel itself is excellent; the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. While we waited for our room assignment, the concierge even offered us milk tea. Due to our work, we had to retrieve and return several toolboxes from storage daily, and the baggage staff were very patient, meticulously helping us register and count them each time. This hotel provides outstanding service, and I will definitely be staying here again for my business trip next year.

The location is fantastic, right above Mong Kok MTR station and next to Langham Place. The service is excellent, and all staff can speak Mandarin, with no signs of discrimination. We were also able to check in early when we arrived a bit before noon. The complimentary wine appreciation and Tai Chi classes were brilliant. The Tai Chi instructor gave many demonstrations and exercises, helping to correct our movements and explain practical applications. Learning by the rooftop pool, overlooking the Hong Kong city skyline, was a wonderful experience. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of choices, including custom-made fresh fruit and vegetable juices. The standard rooms are a little small and lack windows that open, relying entirely on air conditioning, but this is typical for hotels in Hong Kong. There's a tiny little park if you take the elevator to the basement and turn right upon exiting, which is quite a luxury in the heart of Mong Kok. Overall, highly recommended.

They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free since there weren't many guests, and it looked exactly like the photos. Considering the price of 729 (including tax) for such a spacious room, it was quite good, especially compared to the cramped rooms with one-meter beds in Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui that cost almost 1000. It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the MTR station, but it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, very satisfied.

The fastest way to get here is by taking Exit A from Kwai Hing MTR station. The hotel is excellent; no deposit is required, and toothbrushes and toothpaste are provided. It's about a 20-minute MTR ride to Tsim Sha Tsui, and you get a nice view from the elevated track when passing Kwai Chung station. The hotel offers convenient luggage storage, and the bed is very large. Daily housekeeping includes changing sheets and duvets, which I really appreciate. The room is spacious, feels like around 30 square meters, and I love that the shower and toilet are separate. The hotel is surrounded by many residential areas, making the environment quiet. I'd definitely come back again.

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's right in the heart of Hung Hom, what I like to call the 'center of the universe.' There's a side entrance that leads directly into a mall, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and even car shopping options. A skybridge connects the mall to PolyU, and nearby you'll find the Hong Kong Science Museum and Hong Kong Museum of History, making it super convenient for exploring. From the hotel's back exit, you can walk past the Hong Kong Coliseum and soon reach the trendy new hotspot, the Hung Hom Promenade. The hotel also provides multiple shuttle buses to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, and Hung Hom Station is conveniently located nearby. I booked a suite this time, and I wasn't aware of any specific benefits when I made the reservation. So, I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk staff, referring to a printout, informed me that it included a buffet breakfast for two, as well as afternoon tea and evening refreshments at the Executive Lounge. The room was quite clean and quiet at night. The kitchen facilities were very complete, perfect for anyone who wants to cook during their stay. The hotel's breakfast spread was quite extensive, featuring a variety of Chinese, Western, Japanese, and Indian dishes. It caters wonderfully to guests from different countries, ethnicities, and backgrounds worldwide. The Executive Lounge is conveniently located on the same floor as the suites. I visited twice, and the atmosphere was elegant with incredible sea views. Even better, you can step out onto the terrace to admire the stunning views of Victoria Harbour, which are equally beautiful day or night. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

I originally booked a twin room, but the front desk staff upgraded me to a room on the 20th floor in the West Wing. The view from the window, as shown in the picture, was pretty good, so I extended my stay. When I checked in, I spoke Cantonese with the staff member, and when I checked out, I spoke Mandarin with the female staff at the front desk. Both interactions were smooth, and everyone was very polite. The reading area outside the front desk has a great view, but unfortunately, I was too rushed during my stay to enjoy it. The hotel is located in North Point, which is a bustling area with many restaurants. On my last day, I used the complimentary food voucher for the 'Explore North Point - Explorer Set' to try the egg waffle shop. They were delicious and easy to redeem. It's a shame I went too late, as the other places had already closed. If you plan to use the vouchers, it's best to go earlier. The hotel is also very close to the MTR station, less than a hundred meters from North Point Exit A1.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. You can also walk to Tin Hau, where there are plenty of dining options, and Victoria Park and the waterfront park are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidied daily, and complimentary coffee is provided. The front desk service is great. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good; the noise from the next-door shower is quite loud.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, only about a 10-minute walk to the Kai Tak Sports Park concert venue, which was super convenient for attending the show. It's also very close to the MTR station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This was definitely the best night's stay of our entire trip.

My friends and I recently stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel, and it was truly a perfect experience – definitely five stars! 📍 **Fantastic Location, Unbeatable Transport:** The hotel is situated right above Mong Kok East MTR station and directly connected to MOKO shopping mall. Downstairs, you'll find shops, a supermarket, and various restaurants, making it incredibly convenient to get anything you need. Mong Kok East station also offers easy access to Shenzhen or Hong Kong Island. 🛏️ **Spacious, Clean, and Comfortable Rooms:** For Hong Kong, the rooms are genuinely spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds are large and very comfortable, and the warm lighting and elegant decor create a very relaxing atmosphere. 🏊 **Excellent Facilities, Great Experience:** The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities. The rooftop sky pool offers panoramic views of Mong Kok, and swimming there at night while enjoying the cityscape is an absolute delight. 🙋 **Attentive Service, Felt Right at Home:** All the staff members were very polite, providing warm and thoughtful service. When checking out, the front desk lady even gave a small gift to my child, which was a lovely touch. 💡 **Overall:** The hotel is clean, and the service is efficient. It's a rare peaceful haven amidst the bustling city. Offering excellent value for money, I will definitely choose the Royal Plaza Hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

YYishuTraveling with my elderly parents and young child, I chose this hotel for a more comfortable stay. The beds were spacious enough (I booked two queen-sized beds, 1.5m wide each), and the amenities were comprehensive (free WiFi, USB charging ports). The room offered a great view directly facing the sea. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the price was very reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service to and from Tsuen Wan MTR station, making transportation quite convenient. The breakfast was also delicious, with three set menus (A, B, C) to choose from, and complimentary self-service beverages like coffee, milk, and orange juice. A tip: it's much cheaper to book breakfast at the front desk upon check-in, and you'll save on service charges too!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is spacious and bright, with a grand feel, and the color scheme gives it a touch of mystery. Since we were traveling as a family of three adults and one child, we chose the Explorer Hotel for its large beds. It was very convenient; when we didn't feel like going to the park, we could easily spend a whole afternoon at the hotel. There were many souvenir shops with small figurines, and our child was so engrossed they didn't want to go back to the room. During check-in, our child could watch TV nearby. The overall facilities are excellent. The restaurant is on the first basement floor. We paid extra for a higher floor because we were worried about mosquitoes. The view from the high floor was truly amazing, overlooking the pool below and the coastal scenic area, which was a great spot for early-rising seniors to exercise. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a very pleasant fragrance. I asked the staff, and they said it was a special blend provided by a partner and not available in stores. My husband and I both loved the scent – it was fresh and elegant, not cloying or bland at all. During our two-night stay, my husband bought three bottles of wine: two beers and one red wine, all of which were excellent. I tried them too and found the flavors very appealing to women. My child's favorite was definitely the pool on the ground floor. For two consecutive mornings, our child went swimming. On the second morning, they played for three hours, and I forgot to put sunscreen on, resulting in 'black stockings' on their arms and legs from the sun. On the third morning, they only swam for an hour before heading to the restaurant for pizza. Birds often flew in and out of the restaurant; they were very cute but harmless, though a bit skittish. On the check-in floor, there was delicious chocolate for sale, and you could walk around both floors to collect stamps. You really wouldn't get bored; there's so much to do. I feel our child is the type who enjoys a slow, immersive experience, so they might need five days to truly get their fill.

GGuest UserI stayed in a 'deluxe king room,' but I'm not sure if my definition of 'deluxe' in Hong Kong is just different. The room felt like it was stuck in the 80s – old carpets, a wardrobe door that wouldn't close, and a kettle with stains (I had to clean it myself with a toothbrush). There were no USB sockets by the bed for charging phones, one of the bedside lamps was broken, and the sofa was old and yellowed. The bathroom had three types of electrical outlets, which was nice, and the toilet was fine (just old). The bathtub had an anti-slip mat, which was a thoughtful touch. However, the bedsheets might not have been clean, as I was itching all night. Also, what's with their trash cans (some waste)? It felt like I was paying five-star prices for a two-star experience ($200/night).

HHuy LiaoKerry Hotel boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient to get around. It's really close to Tsim Sha Tsui's K11, and you can even catch a ferry to Hong Kong Island from Hung Hom Pier right downstairs. This was my second visit to their Chinese restaurant, Hung Tong, and their roasted meats are absolutely fantastic! The rooms are very spacious, perfect for families traveling with kids. The hotel service is also top-notch and very welcoming to mainland Chinese tourists!

GGerald EspiñaVery accessible to everything. There is a mall in the lower ground, groceries, KFC, Starbucks, 7/11 etc. Outside there is a bakery that we love. Mcdonalds, Jollibee, Cafe de Coral also walkkng distance. MTR is also near a 5minute walk from Panda Hotel lobby exit. The path walk is all connected so even when it rains you wont get wet. And friendly to all tourist if you still have a baby or toddler who use stroller. Even if it's far in Tsim Sha Tsui you wont feel it because of MTR is very fast. And the place looks very Central alike. Para sa mga Pinoy i highly recommend this place sa inyo. Pag balik namin dito ulit kami.

GGuest UserWe were two families traveling together, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite. It had a living room in the middle where the two kids could play. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. There was no discrimination against mainland guests. There's a kids' play area on the second floor. They offer free shuttle buses to Disneyland and Tung Chung MTR Station, which is very convenient. Although not super frequent, it's sufficient. The hotel restaurants also offer buffet meals or bento boxes for sale. Outside the hotel, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and other restaurants. The pool water was quite clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel stay.
