The location is fantastic, right above Hung Hom, and very close to the MTR station. When I arrived, Jacky Cheung happened to be having a concert downstairs. The room was super big! You wouldn't imagine such a spacious room in high-rent Hong Kong just by looking at the pictures. There's also a microwave and an induction cooker, so you can prepare your own food. However, due to an environmental policy, disposable items like toothbrushes need to be purchased separately from the front desk (I chose to buy non-disposable ones from Don Quijote). The hairdryer was a bit hard to find, tucked away in the wardrobe behind the bathroom. The room was a bit dim without a main light. Although check-out is at 11 AM, they're not strict about the time. Storing luggage at the front desk was also very simple and quick.

The room was clean and tidy, and even with four of us, it felt spacious. Just a few dozen meters downstairs from the hotel, there's a goose neck market where you can experience local life. Right next to the market is the famous 'Kow Kee Seafood Restaurant,' and Times Square is just a 6-minute walk away. Everything from dining to shopping to transportation is very convenient. The hotel can also arrange for taxis, which is a great plus!

This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable! During the day, I'm a diligent worker bee, but by night, I transform into a gambler. On Wednesday, I got the full Hong Kong night-life trifecta: milk tea, horse racing, and the Ding Ding tram. (Friendly reminder: ****, remember to save some money for your return flight!)

Booked on Trip.com for a three-night stay, including breakfast and afternoon tea. The breakfast spread was excellent. The hotel boasts a convenient location, just over 500 meters from the subway station, which is a major plus for getting around Hong Kong. You can easily walk to Victoria Harbour, the Avenue of Stars, the Clock Tower, and Kowloon Park from here. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so overall, it's very convenient. For shopping, K11 is practically next door, and Central is just two subway stops away.

This hotel is located at a pretty accessible area. It is about 3-5mins away from the Fortress Hill MTR station. The surrounding food options are great too!
The room size is pretty compact but because of the mirrors effect, it doesn’t give you a claustrophobic feel.
The only thing is that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs to be improved. I found strands of hair on the duvet and in the bathroom. There is a funky smell (like urine) coming from the toilet as well.
Otherwise, it is a pretty good place for a short stay.
Maybe the hotel management can look into replacing the toilet bowls and the sewage during the next renovation.

The hotel lobby at the Regal Hotel has been renovated, but they no longer provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries in the rooms. When checking in, they said we got a free upgrade to a room twice the size, but it felt like the standard room I've stayed in before. The hairdryer was new, but it had a three-prong plug and couldn't be used in the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair outside. There were only two outlets for charging in the room, which is fewer than before and not very convenient. I didn't sleep particularly well this time, but for a weekend stay, it was still alright. There are lots of new restaurants nearby, so food and drinks are not an issue.

Came to Hong Kong for the Standard Chartered Marathon and chose this hotel considering its value for money. Unexpectedly, it was a fantastic surprise! The hotel is very close to the airport bus stop and not far from the MTR station, making transportation incredibly convenient! It's right across the harbor from Kai Tak Sports Park, where I picked up my race kit, and you can easily get there by ferry, which is also super convenient! The hotel is also close to the marathon finish line, so after the race, I could just stroll back, shower, and rest up – it was amazing! The overall facilities were better than expected, the room was quite spacious, and the service was warm and friendly. The restaurant and lounge on the top floor offer stunning night views!

The Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel boasts an excellent location within Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. Situated at 3 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, it's conveniently close to renowned attractions like the Hong Kong Museum of Art and the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. With direct access to Harbour City, shopping and dining are incredibly convenient. It's also just a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR Station, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, and the Star Ferry Pier, making transportation a breeze.
The guest rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful views. The hotel features 603 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, with some offering breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. The rooms are cozy and inviting, with soft bedding and comprehensive amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.
The service is exceptional and thoughtful. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and attentive. From the luggage service in the lobby to the housekeeping service in the rooms, guests feel well-cared for. The Continental Club Lounge, in particular, offers personalized check-in and 24-hour butler service, providing guests with a truly VIP experience!
Dining options are diverse and plentiful. The hotel houses three restaurants, including the Forbes Travel Guide-rated Italian restaurant Cucina, the Marco Polo Café offering international cuisine all day, and the elegant and comfortable Lobby Lounge. These cater to various tastes, and the breakfast spread is particularly extensive and popular with guests.
The facilities are well-equipped. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness room, where guests can enjoy a swim or a workout to relax and unwind during their leisure time.
I will definitely stay here again! It's an integrated complex for dining, accommodation, transportation, entertainment, and shopping! Of course, I love it!

The lounge was pretty good. The highlights were the breakfast and the afternoon tea with milk tea, which were excellent. The happy hour drinks were also great, though the caps on the sparkling wine were a bit tricky and could easily cut your hand. I stayed here over a decade ago and had a great impression of the housekeeping staff. This time was no different; the room was cleaned very thoroughly, and they were very nice. Jocelyn Xu at the executive floor check-in was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back.
The room was very expensive for what you get . It was the weekend of the HK marathon so maybe this affected it. The room itself was very small, but it’s Hong Kong, I get it, space is at a premium. Bed was pretty hard, but personally that wasn’t an issue for us. What was most disappointing was the “Harbour View” I paid extra for (photo attached). Our shower had no shower gel provided.
The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful and we were allowed to leave our bags after we checked out while we spent another day in the city. The breakfast was only so so, but reasonably priced. The lifts up and down can be very slow. There’s is a rooftop pool with nice views of the city, but we didn’t use the pool.
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s based in a nice part of central that feels local and has good access to transport networks. There’s also some great coffee shops and food options in walking distance.
We are not people who spend lots of time in the hotel and used it mainly as somewhere to sleep while we explored for a few days. That said, you could find better priced options for that kind of stay.
All in all it was just ok. Nothing to write home about.

SStephanie0912An amazing experience! The hotel offers a free shuttle to the MTR station, which was super convenient. The front desk staff were excellent too. I requested a clean room and they truly delivered—it was so comfortable. They even upgraded me to a sea view room ❤️ Waking up to that beautiful view every day was just wonderful! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong!
DDadadaHHYFor this trip to Hong Kong Disneyland, I chose the Explorer's Lodge, mainly because I wanted to get back to the hotel quickly to rest after a day of fun.
The hotel is located right next to Disneyland and offers a shuttle service. The hotel's decor has an adventurous theme, which I personally think is the best among the three Disney hotels.
The rooms here are quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, featuring two 1.5m beds, which could even accommodate four people. The cleanliness was excellent, with clean and tidy bedding, and the overall room environment was very good. We upgraded to a sea view room, offering views of the courtyard and the sea, and the sea view was lovely on a clear day.
The hotel service was generally good, and communication in Mandarin was absolutely no problem. Coincidentally, it was Hong Kong Disneyland's 20th anniversary, and the hotel rooms even had small gifts that guests could take home.
The hotel restaurants are a bit pricey, but the breakfast and set meals at Chart Room Cafe were quite good.
Hhzhuw****Traveling with a child on a layover, this hotel was incredibly convenient. It's just a short walk from the airport.
The room was quite spacious too.
I saw reviews praising the coffee in the cafe, so I tried it, and it was excellent. My child got free cookies, and I ended up buying some more as gifts.
Check-in was a bit crowded, probably because several flights had just arrived. Check-out was very smooth, and they even offered express service.
Oh, and the hotel also provides free universal adapters; you just scan a QR code, and customer service delivers it to your door. They don't provide bottled water, but they offer free glass bottles, and drinking water stations are available in the hallway, which is both eco-friendly and practical.
Overall, a great experience!

MM234173****Kerry Hotel Hong Kong (a Shangri-La property) delivered an amazing experience, a definite five-star recommendation!
As a premium hotel under the Shangri-La brand, my stay during this Hong Kong trip far exceeded expectations and was full of delightful surprises! We originally booked a triple room with twin beds, but upon arrival, we were informed that rooms were tight, and the hotel generously upgraded us to a room over 50 square meters for free. This unexpected bonus was truly heartwarming.
In Hong Kong, where space is a luxury, finding such a spacious room is incredibly rare! The layout was well-designed, feeling completely uncrowded. It was more than enough space for three people to move around comfortably. The most stunning aspect was the view from the room – an unbeatable Victoria Harbour seascape right outside the window. During the day, the blue sky and sea complemented the Hong Kong skyline beautifully, and at night, we drifted off to sleep with the dazzling lights of the 'Symphony of Lights.' Every moment was breathtaking and enchanting.
The hotel's service maintained Shangri-La's consistent high standards. From the warm guidance during check-in to the thoughtful luggage storage service, every staff member was professional and friendly. The room was meticulously clean, and the facilities were comprehensive and felt luxurious, with attention to detail evident throughout. Whether it's the convenient transportation, comfortable living, or the scenic views, everything was impeccable. This is absolutely my top choice for hotels when visiting Hong Kong, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
GGongzhuaiyingchaoGetting to the hotel is super convenient! Just take the A31 bus from the airport, and it's a direct 6-stop ride. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a mall, with various shops and restaurants on the 1st and 2nd floors. There's also a huge, affordable supermarket on the B3 level, offering a wide selection of inexpensive goods. The MTR station is also very close, about a 7-minute walk. I was a bit confused on the first day, but then I discovered the lobby connects directly to a footbridge, which is incredibly handy.
The city shuttle service is amazing! It took only 15 minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui directly to the hotel, and the bus was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong. It's also really close to both Disneyland and the airport, which I was very happy and satisfied with. I hope the rest of my trip is just as fantastic!
GGuest UserOur whole family absolutely loved this family-friendly hotel – the Gold Coast Hotel. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need with a wide array of choices. The kids didn't want to leave the hotel's ball pit! The room space was also very spacious. There's no bottled water in the rooms, but each floor has a water dispenser with unlimited supply. The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a supermarket, local diners, McDonald's, and upscale restaurants. It's about a 30-minute drive from Tuen Mun town center and also very close to the airport. While it's a bit far from other places, it didn't affect our experience at all. The kids had a blast, and we'll definitely bring the elders along for a vacation next time! I feel the hotel's attention to detail is superb, and it shows that the management is excellent: the large garden in front of the hotel had dedicated staff trimming lawns and other plants, and watering them every day during our stay. Thanks to their diligent work, the hotel garden is beautiful and a joy to behold. While strolling, we even encountered a foreigner playing the violin in the garden – it was lovely and created a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated, especially the pristine floral sculptures, which also shows the staff's meticulous upkeep. The staff are also very professional and enthusiastic. The beach next to the hotel is fantastic; it's a public beach with regularly maintained shark nets and beach staff patrolling. The bathroom in our room even had a child's step stool, which was very useful – no more constantly holding the kids up for washing, haha!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel room was very spacious, and the young lady who checked me in was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic, which I really appreciated. However, when I got to the room, the hygiene was quite poor. The mouthwash cup was full of stains! I forgot to take a picture, but I spent ages scrubbing it with toothpaste and scalding it with hot water multiple times.
The hotel offers a bus to Disneyland, which takes about 15 minutes. But the last bus back is at 8:35 PM, so you can't stay to watch the fireworks show. This is a huge drawback compared to hotels around Shanghai Disneyland.
It feels like this is the only option if you're not staying at a park hotel.
Finally, when checking out, I encountered a very rude gentleman at the front desk. Around 11 AM, he was the only staff member available, and I had to wait for him to tag and register luggage for everyone. I needed to go to the airport, so with his permission, I left my room card at the front desk. When I tried to ask him about a taxi afterwards, he loudly yelled at me, telling me to go to the back of the queue! I didn't even want to ask anymore and started to walk away, but he kept badgering me, saying, 'Don't you know how to queue?' I understand queuing, but does he not know how to speak politely?
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience!

SshjmtI bought a voucher in advance for a premium room, which included breakfast and afternoon tea, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. There's a dedicated area by the entrance for hanging clothes and changing shoes before you get to the bathroom, which is a much better layout than some hotels where you open the door directly to the bed. The pillows were super comfortable, with both soft and firm options. Both breakfast and the Hong Kong-style afternoon tea offered a great selection.
MM304222****Traveling with seven family members this time, the room was really small. Two beds meant one person per bed. We thought we could squeeze in, but it was impossible. We ended up getting an extra room and extra beds. On the bright side, the area around the hotel is super convenient for dining and shopping, very close to large malls. You absolutely *must* try the wonton noodles here, they're delicious! Victoria Harbour is also nearby. This trip, I helped my family buy a whole box of facial masks from a pharmacy. It's a great spot for taking pictures and buying souvenirs 👍. The downside is that maps in Hong Kong are really inaccurate; we kept going in circles. The seven of us managed to get lost and circled one spot three or four times!
