Came here for a trip with friends and thought this hotel was really great! The location is super convenient, close to all the attractions, and there's a big shopping mall right next door. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are very complete, even including a separate washing machine and refrigerator.

Opted for Wanda Reign during the off-season. The hotel's location is fantastic, offering a quiet retreat while still being conveniently accessible. It's close to East Lake and SKP, with a food street just a short walk away, which is super handy. The hotel has a grand overall style, and the service attitude is generally fine. However, the room decor, like the wooden doors, felt a bit dated, and the carpet looked a little dirty. The only area that definitely needs significant improvement is the breakfast; the selection was limited, and the taste was just mediocre.

This was my first stay at a Mei Lun hotel under the HUAZHU Group, and I was very impressed. The hotel is right at the exit of Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, next to the Jianghan Customs House. From our room's window, we had a view of the Jianghan Customs Clock Tower. It was snowing heavily in Wuhan during our stay, and I was thrilled to capture photos of the Customs House and Jianghan Road in the snow. Absolutely beautiful! 😊😊😊 The hotel is housed in a renovated historic building, and its interior decor has a Republic of China-era style. The lobby and breakfast restaurant are both very refined and tasteful. Despite the classic aesthetics, the internal facilities are very modern, with smart home features throughout (Xiao Ai AI speaker even helped tell stories to put my child to sleep!), as well as robots and a self-service laundry room (which was a lifesaver for washing clothes after the kids played in the snow! 😏). The cleaning staff were all very polite and enthusiastic, always greeting us. They offered complimentary water, laundry detergent, earplugs, eye masks, and even latex pillows available for loan. Bottled water was also readily available in the elevator area for guests to take as they pleased (very introvert-friendly 😅). The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it had all the essentials, including freshly made hot dry noodles (reganmian), and the hot dishes varied daily. The air conditioning in the room was excellent; despite the heavy snow outside, it was toasty warm inside. The only minor drawback, I felt, was that for such a spacious family room type, a 1.8-meter bed felt a bit small. It would be perfect if it were a 2-meter king-size bed instead. 😃

This time, I chose LingShe 1927 for a relaxed trip with friends, and it lived up to expectations – a very satisfying stay. The moment I pushed open the door and stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by the curved archway and the play of light and shadow, like walking into an art gallery. The hotel's butler service was thoughtful and very approachable. They offered exquisite afternoon tea and heartwarming late-night snacks. The hotel's environment and facilities are understated luxury and cozy. The seventh-floor terrace is absolutely stunning; enjoying afternoon tea, bathed in sunlight, feeling the river breeze, and sipping wine or coffee while admiring the riverside night view is incredibly pleasant! Plus, a professional photographer provides free shoots, and you can get great photos just by snapping away in any corner of the hotel.

This was my second stay at the Fairmont Wuhan, and the service was excellent. They called ahead to ask about my check-in needs, but I was on a plane at the time and couldn't answer. The front desk was very thoughtful and upgraded me to an Executive King Room. Karina kindly helped arrange a late check-out until 4 PM, which perfectly met my travel needs. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the concierge staff are very professional, always proactively helping with car doors and luggage. The room has a minimalist black and white design, very American-style and grand. The bedding was super comfortable, and I managed to overcome jet lag in just one night. The toiletries are Grown Alchemist, which are great and smell wonderful. The location is also excellent, very close to Tianhe Airport and Hankou Railway Station.

Even before we arrived, our butler, Camilla, had already arranged everything in our room. The moment we opened the door, we were absolutely stunned by the river view outside the window – it was so expansive! We could just sit by the window and quietly enjoy the pleasant breeze coming off the river. The room itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, from toiletries to household essentials. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I especially have to commend Camilla for her service; she not only prepared fresh fruit specifically for us but also gifted us the hotel's super cute mascot plushie. That instantly won me over, and this little surprise truly made me so happy. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose to stay here again! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable travel experience.

On a business trip combined with leisure, the thoughtful Yuki arranged an executive room with a river view for me, which exceeded my expectations. Both the daytime and nighttime views were spectacular. The illuminated night view was absolutely stunning. The executive lounge offered a delightful all-you-can-eat breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel's vicinity, particularly Li Huangpo Road, was bustling with activity, featuring local delicacies like hot dry noodles and sesame paste, and various unique stalls perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is also conveniently located across from the river beach, making a walk along the riverbank incredibly pleasant.

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

DDaJay23Overall, it was a great experience. We got 3 rooms for our family of 6 w/ 2 kids on the 20th floor. This hotel is next to the river so the view is stunning. Overlooked the great Yangtze River. Night view was mesmerizing. All the skyscrapers lit up in sync around the city along side the river. Jaw dropping. We went in mid June and the river was flooding due to heavy rain. There's a big walk way next to the river where lots of people went to hang out even when it's flooding. Real cool. There's also a famous street similar to Beijing Road in Guangzhou a few blocks down. Forgot the name. There's an upscale modern mall called MixC 15 min taxi DD. We're from California and this mall is comparable to our socal South Coast. During summer flooding season, it may be an issue traveling to the other side of the bridge, so just keep that in mind. I gave it a 4 star for cleaniness because I expected our room to be a bit better. One of the rooms we stayed had this old, a bit smoky smell. I'm assuming someone smoked in it given majority of the population in china seems to be smoking like a chimney. The Pearl gave us great modern comfort to an alienated(to us) city.

The front desk service was excellent; check-in and check-out were both very fast. A big thanks to Leo for the great service! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's check-in process was incredibly smooth. They even provided toothbrushes and toothpaste for the kids, which made them super happy. Our butler, Lele, was very responsive to all our questions, helped us plan our sightseeing routes, and actively assisted us with any issues we had. The breakfast was also excellent, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. We really loved this hotel. My child even said that if we come back to Wuhan, they want to stay here again.

GGuest UserHaving meticulously searched for hotels, Changjiang Zhixuan finally proved to be the perfect choice! Upon opening the room door, I was immediately struck by the fresh air and spaciousness of the room. It's likely due to the small private garden, which lent a unique charm to the entire space. For cleanliness-conscious guests like us, every detail – from the bedding to the toilet – was absolutely spotless and impeccably maintained. Furthermore, all the staff were genuinely warm and friendly, always offering service with a smile. Linlin, in particular, stood out with her incredibly thoughtful service. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserEverything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

GGuest UserThe first experience of the tree house, I feel quite good, surrounded by bamboo forests, wooden cabins in the forest, very artistic conception, pure natural oxygen bar, the most distinctive feature is that there is a private private soup on the balcony of the room, you can soak yourself in water, enjoy it, When checking in, Xiao Shi at the front desk took the initiative to lead to the tree house area. The tree house is in the park. He explained in detail that you have to come to the hotel lobby for breakfast. You don’t need to come to the hotel, you don’t need us to walk over, consider the very thoughtful service, very satisfied travel

SSeanXUSJUpon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome right away. They provided us with useful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions, which was greatly appreciated. **Room Quality:** Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The large windows offered stunning views of the city skyline, and the amenities, including a mini-fridge and coffee maker, added a nice touch.

MMolinThis was my first visit to Country Garden Xianning, and I truly felt it's the best hotel in the area. Yet, the official photos make it look quite old and dated, which always led us to travel further to Chibi for hot springs. In actuality, both the hotel's ambiance and the room conditions far exceeded our expectations. The restaurant environment was lovely, and the breakfast was hearty. They really should consider updating their promotional images! We were upgraded to a room with a spacious bay window. We asked a staff member for an extra duvet, and the kids absolutely loved playing on it! The Water World is located just across the road from the hotel, with a convenient shuttle service. While the hot springs remain the main draw, they've also added a wave pool and a bubble pool. The large slide is unfortunately out of commission, but for those not keen on thrilling rides, there's still plenty to enjoy. The wave pool's waves were genuinely some of the largest I've encountered in any hotel-affiliated water park – far surpassing those at a certain family hotel newly opened in Wuhan, which charges double the price! The complimentary use of single and double swim rings is also a thoughtful touch. Finally, I must voice my disappointment regarding the kids' activities. The male staff member in charge showed extremely poor crowd control, leading to an utterly chaotic setup. They seriously need to learn from more competent peers in the industry. For starters, the activity content itself was poorly chosen. Knowing it was a weekend and would be busy, they should have anticipated the crowd and opted for simpler, quicker, and easier-to-manage crafts – something like making a lacquer fan or a TCM sachet, which a group could finish in 5-10 minutes. Instead, they went with the most complicated activity, causing everyone to pile into the room and complain. To top it off, the early start was only announced at the last minute. To make matters worse, they completely disregarded their own rules. Many guests complained that reservations were not honored, and people without reservations were also allowed to join. Even if we overlook the multiple booking groups, the main issue was that anyone who simply ignored the rules could just grab materials and start participating immediately. So, for an activity clearly intended for children, you'd see a family of three: the little boy making two items, his mom making one, and his dad occupying a seat as well. I've been to numerous family hotels where, during off-peak dining hours, they utilize banquet halls for activities, ensuring ample seating for parents to accompany their children at the same table. In situations with limited seating, children typically sit at the activity table while parents use small stools beside them. The priority is always to allow as many children as possible to participate simultaneously, and materials are only distributed to seated kids. I've genuinely never witnessed such disorganization where materials are handed out first, leading to a scramble for seats. What I found most incomprehensible was this: since many parents were waiting, they had their children playing in an adjacent area. One parent controversially took all the toys, preventing other kids from playing, which naturally sparked a heated argument with other parents. The dispute lasted quite a while and escalated. I even had to interject, 'It's getting pretty intense; aren't you going to send someone to de-escalate?' The male staff member simply replied that he was too swamped with people today and wasn't going to get involved. I countered, 'By the time you're free, they might actually be physically fighting!' After a moment's thought, he made a call and summoned another staff member, but offered no guidance or handover. Consequently, the female staff member, completely unaware of the situation, ended up trying to placate a different guest who was complaining about the activity schedule. Meanwhile, the original two parents continued their shouting match for a while longer. 😂 Frankly, if they can't even monitor or control the situation, they are entirely unfit to manage kids' activities. These activities really turned into a major negative point.
