My stay here exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway. I booked a room with a view, and the sea view from the window was breathtaking, especially at night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it was completely quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs, there's a commercial district with everything you could ask for in terms of food, entertainment, and shopping. Both the front desk and room service were very prompt. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting; it's so convenient for getting around, and the view alone is worth the price of the room.

The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard.
On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service.
In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels.

We arrived at the apartment quite late, around 1am, feeling exhausted. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a staff member with a rather rude attitude, which left us with a poor first impression.
The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate five of us. However, it is visibly aged, with noticeable wear and tear in several areas. The sea view from the window is pleasant, although it is not a full 180-degree view as it is partially blocked by another tower. Cutlery was not provided in the unit and had to be requested from the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient.
Nevertheless, the service is generally good. A robot delivers meal orders directly to the unit, and parcels can also be received at the lobby, although guests need to collect them personally. On two occasions when I had to leave early and was unable to attend breakfast, I requested a takeaway option, and they kindly prepared boiled eggs and fruits, which was much appreciated.
The location is strategic and within walking distance to May Fourth Station, MIXC Mall, and May Fourth Square. Overall, it was a good stay despite a few shortcomings.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Confucius Temple and Mansion. The ambiance is wonderful, with ancient-style Chinese architecture throughout. Both the rooms and public areas are very well-designed. The courtyard room has a large private courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The hotel service is outstanding. They contacted us a day in advance and even prepared children's toiletries and a step stool. Any issues we had were immediately addressed. On our last day, they even allowed us a late check-out because our child was asleep – so thoughtful! We ordered a few signature dishes at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and the taste was great. Although it's a bit pricey, there's really nothing else to fault. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, my experience was pretty good. The location is super convenient, really close to the scenic spots. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers decent value for money. My only minor gripes are with the TV – you can only watch basic channels, and there's no screen mirroring, which is a bit surprising for a hotel of this size. I'd suggest upgrading the TVs. The service was also very good. For food deliveries, it's best to use the same last name as registered for your stay at the hotel, otherwise, constant verification can cause delays. Lastly, the mini-fridge items aren't free, and the prices are ridiculously high. I remember a Coke being 25, and a bowl of plain congee on the menu was, I think, 58. So, the prices for food and drinks are a bit steep. Otherwise, everything else was great. Oh, and the toilets don't have disposable seat covers, so remember to bring your own if you need them. I didn't take any photos inside the hotel, so here's a pic of Buzz Lightyear downstairs instead.

How do I even review this hotel? It's just… okay. The value for money isn't great, probably because of its location. It's right on Shangxin Street, and around the corner from Baotu Spring, but that's about it. As for the room: it definitely didn't live up to the nearly 500-yuan price tag. I might as well have paid a bit more and stayed at Atour. The room was small, and that's even after they upgraded us to a balcony room because our original room wasn't ready when we arrived at noon. I can only imagine how tiny the un-upgraded rooms must be! And breakfast, oh boy, where do I even begin? The breakfast voucher said 58 yuan, which is just… wow. It was the worst buffet breakfast I've ever had. It might be worth 20 yuan, tops. The most frustrating thing was that our flight was at 8 PM, and we wanted to pay extra for a late checkout. But the front desk told us they don't offer late checkout; we'd have to book another full night. Seriously, that's incredibly unaccommodating! Luckily, we only stayed here for one night to relax in Jinan after three days of hiking Mount Tai. I definitely won't be staying here again… However, I do recommend the 'bazi rou' (braised pork) stir-fry from your restaurant's à la carte menu. It was genuinely delicious. And that's the only thing I'd recommend.

This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan.

Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids.

I stumbled upon this hotel with a floor-to-ceiling sea-view window room online and immediately fell in love with it. So, I took advantage of the three-day Qingming Festival holiday to visit Weihai. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the actual experience was fantastic!
From the hotel's **exterior**, it felt like an older four-star, but once I entered the lobby, the overall impression was very neat, clean, and bright. You could tell that the hotel put effort into maintaining its facilities. The staff were also very enthusiastic, even calling a day in advance to confirm my itinerary and preferences. The **service** was excellent.
Since I arrived quite late on the first night, after 10:00 PM in Weihai, I booked a **standard king room** for the first night. It offered a street view, not the sea. The room was quiet and very clean, perfect for a good night's rest.
On the second day, around 9:00 AM, we moved to the sea-view room I had been looking forward to. I booked the **Deluxe Sea View Terrace King Room**. The room was still very clean and quiet. The interior decoration was on par with a five-star hotel (though the walls were a bit patchy and could use a repaint). Upon entering, there was a bathtub, and then the super large floor-to-ceiling window and terrace came into view. In front of the window, there was a soft sofa, which was incredibly comfortable and relaxing for drinking tea or coffee – it just made me so happy. The view from the terrace was also stunning; the sea was very clear on sunny days. In the evening, you could watch the sunset from the room. What could be more romantic than that?
The **breakfast** restaurant was a sea-view restaurant with a huge floor-to-ceiling window. Outside, there was a trestle bridge, the sea, and seagulls – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast selection wasn't super extensive, but it covered most Chinese breakfast essentials, and the taste was good. For a four-star hotel, it was really impressive.
The **location** is in Huancui District, not far from attractions like Torch 8th Street. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Downstairs are Jinshatan Beach and the Jinhaiwan Trestle Bridge, where many seagulls hover.
The hotel has an elevator that goes directly to the beach, and guests are given an exclusive wristband. For families with children who want to play in the water during summer, it's very convenient – you can go straight back to your room via the elevator to wash up after playing.
Overall, the accommodation experience was excellent! Full marks, highly recommended!

The room was decent, and its proximity to May Fourth Square was a major plus. The beach was just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. Getting around by taxi was easy from this location, too. They even provided disposable towels.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied with my stay! First off, the service was fantastic. While waiting to check in, we were offered three bottles of water. Because we requested adjoining rooms, one of our rooms was upgraded. They even put our IDs in a sleeve, and we won a yogurt in a lucky draw – impeccable attention to detail! Secondly, the facilities were great; the shower had excellent water pressure, which is something we really value. Thirdly, the surrounding area is convenient, with a local residential zone. For meals, there's the Zanjia Babao Porridge chain with a rich variety of breakfast options, as well as barbecue, seafood, and lamb soup. Finally, it's very close to the sea, just a five to six-minute walk away.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite remote. We were planning to go to a few less crowded beaches, but since the hotel has its own, we were tired so we didn't go out and just played here. There is an outdoor infinity pool with seawater, which is a bit dirty. Since we came from Xianghai, the beach here is not clean enough, but it is still OK to swim. The facilities in the hotel rooms are relatively old, but the sea view room is in a good location with a small balcony, which is very comfortable. Two tickets for the bathing at Yingzhiyu were given, mainly because the children wanted to go to the swimming pool, and the children had to pay extra, half-price tickets. The breakfast was very simple, with few varieties and average taste. We rested and played for a night, and the full moon was resurrected, and the children were also very happy. In addition, the service here is also average. The car will help take down the luggage when it arrives, but it is still up to you to do it yourself, including when you leave the hotel. If there is a problem in the middle, you will have to wait a long time before the things are brought over. Maybe there are too many guests and too few service staff, not timely enough, and you need to wait. It is not the most satisfactory, but it is much better than the Xianghai Howard Johnson where I stayed the day before. Xianghai Howard Johnson is garbage. This one is really good and can't be better in comparison, and the price is about the same.
AAnonymous UserThe views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer.
The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.
GGuest UserMy overall experience at the hotel was excellent. The staff were warm and professional, patiently answering any questions I had. The room was clean, spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and their attention to detail in service was impressive. The location is great, not too far from tourist attractions and conveniently close to a subway station. It offers excellent value for money. Overall, a great hotel that I highly recommend!

LLaimixiLocation: Close to the Olympic Sailing Center, Lover's Dam, and May Fourth Square, it's convenient for watching shows at the Sea Theater, all within walking distance. The dazzling night view is visible right from downstairs. It's also relatively quiet, and about a 25-30 minute drive to Qingdao Station if there's no traffic.
Facilities: The room is spacious enough for a family of 3-4, and the view outside the window is great – what you see is what you get.
Cleanliness: Pretty good. I stayed for 4 days, and the room was cleaned and tidied daily according to my requests, which was comfortable.
Service: Before check-in, a concierge contacted me on WeChat, providing proactive and enthusiastic service. They even offered fresh fruit upon arrival.
Breakfast: Available from 7:00-10:00. The taste was decent, mostly Chinese food, but the selection was limited and there was no coffee. The restaurant environment was average, a bit dim and dated.
You don't need a key card to enter the elevator, and delivery drivers can come upstairs, which has its pros and cons. The hotel's overall decor feels a bit old-fashioned and dim, showing its age.
Overall, it's still a good option, especially suitable for family travel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the beachfront boardwalk, making it super convenient for kids to dig in the sand and explore the tidal flats. They even provide complimentary sand-digging tools, which is such a thoughtful touch, plus daily fruits and small gifts. The noodles at breakfast were especially delicious! 😋 This was my first time using a self-service laundry room at a hotel, and it was a great experience; no more lugging a pile of dirty clothes home!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, salad, and a wide variety of dishes. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels when I visit Jinan again!
