Absolutely amazing! It's very quiet and the hotel's location is superb, just a few hundred meters from Osaka Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores downstairs. The complimentary toiletries provided are excellent, and there's free afternoon drinks and coffee on the third floor. On the fourth floor, you can enjoy a free bath in the evening. The room has a fridge, and it's super affordable! Anyway, highly recommended! It's also kid-friendly; you can borrow picture books for free, and the slippers are adorable! 🥰 The service is excellent too, with both Chinese and English-speaking staff available!

🌟 **Stunning High-Altitude Views, Osaka's Nightscape at Your Fingertips**
The biggest selling point of this hotel is undoubtedly its high-rise location! All guest rooms are situated on the 16th floor and above. We were on a high floor, and through the room's enormous windows, the entire cityscape of Osaka unfolded beneath us. At night, the traffic lights on Midosuji Avenue looked like a golden river, and the distant Umeda Sky Building and Namba's high-rises glittered with lights. This feeling of being surrounded by the entire city was truly dreamy; I couldn't stop taking photos.
🚇 **Excellent and Convenient Location**
The hotel is located on Osaka's main thoroughfare, Midosuji Avenue. While in a bustling area, it offers a peaceful retreat. Transportation is incredibly convenient; it's just a 3-5 minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 13). Whether you're heading to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen or going shopping in Umeda or Shinsaibashi, it's only one subway stop away, or even walkable.
* **Shopper's Paradise:** Walk or take one subway stop to Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Umeda Hankyu Department Store.
* **Daily Conveniences:** Downstairs, there's a convenience store (7-Eleven), a drug store, and many local ramen shops and izakayas, so late-night dining is never a problem.
🛏️ **High-Quality Accommodation Facilities**
The hotel's interior design is a modern, minimalist business style, very chic. The lobby is on the 15th floor, serving as both a reception area and a sky lounge with expansive views.
* **Room Amenities:** For its class in Japan, this hotel offers surprisingly spacious rooms. There's plenty of space to open up suitcases. The attention to detail is excellent; in addition to standard toiletries, they even thoughtfully provide a hair straightener/curler, which is a lifesaver for women! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the shower pressure is strong enough to wash away a day's fatigue.
* **Executive Lounge:** If your budget allows, I highly recommend booking an executive floor room. The private lounge on the top floor offers unparalleled views. The afternoon tea desserts and happy hour cocktails are of high quality. Watching the sunset here while waiting for the night view creates an incredibly atmospheric experience.

The hotel is super convenient located near kintetsu train and subway. The best is 711 and family malt is store away so there is no worry about snack and beer :)
Hotel provide complimentary amenities, just take and use if need it…. No waste! That’s very encouraging!
Last but not least is provide loan umbrella during rainy day!
I can’t find any better service than this hotel provide!
Hotel was so nice and clean, size was good and really near tourist attraction like tsutenkaku and really near subway station. Overall really good and will recommend it!

It's been over 10 years since I last visited Osaka, so I specifically booked this hotel nearby. I chose it based on the price, ratings, and reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint – it exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money. It's only a 5 to 8-minute walk from the busiest part of Shinsaibashi. The facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. The room facilities were better than I expected, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to the top floor, so the view was incredibly open and bright. If I could stay on the top floor again next time, that would be absolutely wonderful.

Lively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

This was by far the most comfortable hotel room we stayed in throughout Japan. It was incredibly spacious, easily fitting four open suitcases. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Umeda shopping district, with endless malls to explore. As a new hotel, the decor is beautiful. It's a shame they don't have their own large public bath, though there's a paid one downstairs. While the train station isn't far, navigating Umeda's complex layout meant a tiring 10-minute walk back to the hotel every day after all our exploring.
PS: The smoking room was a bit mediocre. In June 2026, a corner twin room was roughly 1,000 JPY per night.

Great stay at KOKO Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Shinsaibashi shopping street and public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Excellent value for money and would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The location is a bit hard to judge because I took a wrong turn coming from the airport. It's about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Shinsaibashi for shopping.
The positive review is for the male staff member who spoke Chinese. The female staff member who checked me in was very unfriendly and the process was complicated. The male staff member resolved the issue later, and his attitude was exceptionally good. Although I still don't understand what was wrong with the previous room, he eventually moved me to a family room, and I was able to check in smoothly.
Some luggage can be left at the front desk, while others are required to be stored on the first floor in self-locking lockers. I'm not quite sure why there's a difference.
The room facilities are excellent and very new. The breakfast is delicious, just like at other Tokyu Stay hotels. You pick up your toiletries yourself, and there's complimentary coffee.

Location: 7/10* see note below
Amenities 9/10 (They close it in the day?) DHC 4-step facial care! Dental kit, cotton pads/buds, body towel, mouthwash, body sponge, comb, razor, 'Odashi sachet, tea
Spaciousness: 8/10 for the price point of a twin room, thus more than spacious enough for 1, got desk and writing equipment, TV.
Room cleanliness: 9.5/10 Only tiny amount of dust on table/remotes, no stains on the walls / furniture (Also, surprisingly the cleanest hotel I've stayed in throughout 2.5 weeks in Japan, across 8 hotels, including Roku Kyoto)
Bed: 6.5/10 Old springy kind
Toilet: 8/10 Surprisingly spacious and did not compromise on the bathtub
Quilt/blanket? 8/10 soft n heat retention good
Positives:
++Hotel staff was very kind to help with Yamato luggage forwarding procedures & calling the receiving side for confirmation(info didn't match n got stuck on phone for 30mins)
++Room cleanliness superb (no spots found with UV)
++Got one-piece PJs, easy to wear, legs a bit cold tho, recommended to wear your own socks to sleep
++Humidifier available in room (very important during winter/spring!) ownself topup for hygiene purpose
++Love that the toilet size had piority despite the small room! It was even bigger than my Nagoya's hotel, can stretch legs a bit more in this tub
++Toilet got constantly heated seats!!!!
++Bathtub has armrest
++Electronics street right round the corner, e-earphones!
Cons:
-- No bath salts
-- Some smoke smell lingering in lift / corridors due to smoking room @ first floor?
-- *DO NOT try to walk from the major Namba station from KIX in freezing winds n maze w luggage. The location from Namba subway is madness if you have luggage. Only try to bring your luggage from Ebisu station instead! (But was a good walk w shops and food everywhere)
Overall: 10/10 for this price point!

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room is big, the bed is big enough, there is a large jacuzzi, there is a window, very comfortable, but I was bitten by mosquitoes when I was sleeping. I hope the store owner will pay attention to it. The location is also good, very close to the Nanhai Line.
YYueyexiaomiThe room rate is high, and the facilities are of an old-fashioned style, but overall it is good, and everything is available.
Comes with breakfast and light meals (can be considered dinner or midnight snack, and comes with a free drink with alcohol)
Breakfast and dinner are ordered through the TV, and then the staff will deliver them to the room. You can refer to the pictures for what you ate these days.
We stayed for three days, and no waiter took the initiative to clean, change towels, or replenish supplies. I went to the service desk on the first floor to report that it needed to be cleaned, and an aunt on the first floor replied that it had not been cleaned. Well, but my colleague and I have booked it. She said that we can leave the key at the front desk and tell the time to come back, and there will be cleaning.
The tableware will not be collected after eating, nor will it be told how to deal with it.
In short, this service model and attitude vary from person to person, and the feeling is very bad. This is the worst service hotel I have stayed in Japan. If you don't want to receive Chinese people, don't sell to China, thank you.
