The hotel service was excellent. The front desk lady had a lovely smile and check-in was very quick. The facilities, well, they reminded me of a high-ranking official's guesthouse in mainland China – a bit old-fashioned, but very clean. The room wasn't huge; it felt spacious for one person, just right for two, and would be cramped for three, so I was glad I was alone. The hotel is large and quiet, with several restaurants. Since I was close to the airport, I didn't dine in the main restaurants, but I did try the cakes from the patisserie in the hallway. They were delicious, much better than the food in the airport terminal. I had them twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The lady serving was very kind; she even came out to see me off when I left, thanking me for my patronage and inviting me to come again. I was really touched. Her cakes and coffee were fantastic and very filling. I'll definitely go back for her cakes and coffee if I get the chance. I was in a rush and forgot to take photos, but I'll make sure to next time.

The hotel located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station at walking distance. Room was great, clean and spacious. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were nice. There was shopping mall nearby where you can use the hotel elevator to get there (Level B1 - DONKI mall, and Level 1/2 - mira place). But that means people other than hotel guests may use the elevator so it is very busy during peak hour. There were pocket wifi and traveling adaptor provided for foreigner so you can explore Hong Kong freely without using your own mobile data.

The room was spacious with a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. We had a minor hiccup during check-in, but it was resolved perfectly with the coordination of Trip.com and a male manager at the hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas season. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The room was upgraded and was indeed a bit bigger. I had specifically requested not to be near the elevator before arriving, but that's exactly where they put me. I was too tired to bother changing rooms at the time. There's a bathtub, so if you need one, bring a tub liner for a bath. The hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. There's no bottled water in the room, only tap water from the direct drinking dispenser. The 2-meter bed was plenty big, and there's even a cushioned windowsill!

I booked an open-plan king-size room. Due to the room layout, these rooms are all located at the very end of each floor, with an elevator behind the wall. You can hear a bit of elevator noise (like a plane flying by), but after 10 PM, fewer people are going up and down, so it's not a big deal – just minor issues. The room was huge with fantastic views, and you could see the sea. They provided free toothbrushes and toothpaste, and even a universal adapter, which was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also very polite and spoke Chinese, helping me with check-in without any differentiation between mainland and foreign guests. Since I had paid for the room in advance through Ctrip, no deposit was required at check-in. The cleaning lady was also very meticulous; she always left the room spotlessly clean and even tidied up my belongings, which was very nice. Overall, my 3-day stay was very satisfying. Both the service and the room itself deserve a big thumbs-up.

Stayed in the Ocean Front room with 2 queen beds & the view couldn’t be beaten. An absolute pleasure to watch the ships coming and going. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was my third stay, and unfortunately, the experience has declined with each visit. This last time was particularly disappointing. My first stay was excellent. All the staff were incredibly warm and made us feel right at home. The lobby manager and elevator attendant greeted us, and the pool staff proactively offered towels and chatted with us. The room was tidy and clean, and breakfast was good. I even enthusiastically recommended it to friends. The staff's politeness was so impressive I almost forgot I was in Hong Kong. This positive experience was why we returned for two more stays. The second time, things felt a bit different. Perhaps it was after the National Day holiday, but the staff seemed noticeably more fatigued and less enthusiastic than before. There were fewer greetings in the lobby, and the bathroom in the room wasn't as clean; the shower drain was also a bit clogged. Still, overall, it was acceptable. This last visit, however, was quite poor. The room itself was still very tidy and clean. It happened to be Jacky Cheung's first day back at the Hong Kong Coliseum, and our room overlooked the Coliseum and a giant poster, which thrilled the Jacky Cheung fans in our family. However, despite being close to Christmas, the lobby had little festive decoration apart from a single Christmas tree, making it feel quite cold. The staff's attitude was very robotic. Aside from the doorman, no one greeted us, and the lobby manager actively avoided eye contact with guests. If it was due to being overwhelmed by too many Christmas guests, I could perhaps understand, but the breakfast restaurant experience was simply terrible. Firstly, the fruits and vegetables weren't fresh; the freshly made scrambled eggs with tomatoes had a rotten taste from the tomatoes. Secondly, I frequently overheard staff privately discussing and looking down on certain guests, or quietly badmouthing them... saying things like their accent wasn't standard or they ordered too slowly... And these guests were all polite! My goodness... badmouthing guests is already unacceptable, but to let other guests hear you do it... You only get paid for your job because of those guests. It's hard to believe this is what I witnessed at this hotel. I'm not sure if they hired third-party staff due to a shortage during the Christmas period, but it's infuriating to even think about. That's all. I will no longer recommend this place to others.

The hotel is conveniently located near both Tsim Sha Tsui East and Tsim Sha Tsui MTR stations, with easy walking access to the Star Ferry, Avenue of Stars, and Harbour City. There are also plenty of dining options nearby; I tried out Mrs. Tang Cafe and Yung Kee Restaurant's roasted goose with dried tangerine peel, among others. The room comes with a water dispenser, a 3-in-1 charging cable, and a universal adapter. The bed is large enough for a family of three. The hotel also has a bakery famous for its palmiers and Napoleon cakes, and guests get an 8.5% discount. A deposit is required, but Alipay and WeChat aren't accepted. I opted for a physical credit card authorization via UnionPay, and the staff advised it would speed up the refund process. For my return trip, I took the A21 airport bus from near the hotel, which was very convenient; I waited about 15 minutes, and it took roughly an hour to reach the airport.

Overall, the Kerry Hotel Hong Kong was the most satisfying of the three hotels I stayed in this trip. The advantages are: the room was very quiet, it's close to Victoria Harbour, and the sea view room was definitely great 👍. The air conditioning genuinely allowed temperature adjustments and wasn't noisy. Plus, the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, which is rare for comparable hotels in Hong Kong and a very thoughtful touch 👍. If you don't mind a 10-minute walk, taking the MTR is also quite convenient. The downsides are: the hotel doesn't have children's play facilities, and it's a bit of a distance to walk to the Avenue of Stars. However, if I ever visit Hong Kong again, I would definitely choose to stay at the Kerry Hotel for a few nights, as simply relaxing at the hotel itself is a treat and a way to unwind 😎.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient, with shuttle buses to both the airport and the subway station. However, the hotel's reception service needs improvement. I arrived at the hotel on the shuttle bus with three suitcases, and there wasn't a single greeter at the entrance to help me. In the end, a young man from the lobby restaurant saw me struggling with my luggage and came over to help. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff didn't even ask if I needed concierge luggage service, despite seeing all my bags. This really soured the check-in experience.

11383237****This was my husband and my first time visiting Hong Kong for two days. When I booked, Island Shangri-La was the only hotel that offered a refundable option, and I had heard great things about their service, so I decided to book it. After checking in, I truly experienced the prime location. Right across from the hotel entrance is Hong Kong Park, which, although not large, is beautifully scenic. The plants and trees are all labeled, there are fountains and streams, and even a delightful aviary with various birds to observe. It's perfect for families with children. Diagonally opposite the park entrance, not far away, is the Peak Tram entrance – surprise number two! Buying a 'red diamond' ticket allowed us direct entry, saving a lot of waiting time, and we got to enjoy the stunning Victoria Harbour view from the top. Below the hotel is Pacific Place mall, a high-end shopping destination, and a short walk in front takes you to the seaside park, which is incredibly convenient. Now, about the hotel service – it was excellent, absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional. She helped us get a room with a beautiful view, which was a huge plus! All the staff members were humble and polite, and their Mandarin communication was excellent. The concierges at the entrance were courteous and welcoming. For breakfast, the hot noodle bowl was quite large, and the young man serving piled on plenty of toppings, cooked just right – it was delicious, surprise number three, and definitely deserves praise. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

XXiaobaiyeziIt was incredibly convenient to get to the hotel right after taking the high-speed train from Kowloon! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was offered two cups of hot tea, which was a lovely, heartwarming touch. The girl who checked me in was professional, patient, and had a wonderful smile; she even proactively upgraded my room. The moment I entered the room and saw the Victoria Harbour view, it felt completely worth the price! The room was impeccably clean – even the ceiling air vents were free of dust and spiderwebs, with no overlooked corners. I had initially worried about the hotel being old given its age, but that concern was totally unfounded. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and enjoying it with the sea view was delightful! When checking out, I had a 4 PM high-speed train and thought it would be perfect if I could extend check-out until after 2 PM. This would allow me to go to Central in the morning, return for an afternoon nap, and then not have to rush back from Central to catch the train. After checking out at 2 PM, I could just stroll downstairs and head to the high-speed train station, making for a smoother route without backtracking. Unfortunately, the guy at the front desk wasn't as accommodating; after much discussion, he reluctantly extended check-out only until 1 PM. That was a bit of a disappointment. However, apart from that, the overall experience was still great and exceeded my expectations. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

MM278308****The room was spacious, and the balcony was perfect for sitting, enjoying tea, and watching the sea – absolutely ideal for a vacation. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sai Kung town, within walking distance to the pier where you can catch a boat to Sharp Island (Kiu Tsui Chau) to see the tombolo. It's very chill. The hotel is quite large and divided into three sections, so if you don't have a good sense of direction, it's easy to get lost. Also, while it's close to the beach from the hotel, you have to walk along a road where cars drive quite fast, which can be a bit dangerous.
