Conveniently located right at Terminal 1 Arrivals, it's super easy to find. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room is actually quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, and the price is reasonable. Getting around is very convenient – taxis and buses are readily available. The shower water gets nice and hot, but it's a bathtub, not a walk-in shower.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott hotel, and I found it through my own search. It's a bit far from the bustling city center, which makes for a very quiet environment. I have to especially praise the female staff member; she was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind-hearted. She automatically upgraded my room! After staying in several expensive and tiny rooms in Hong Kong, this was such a pleasant surprise. My room went from about 10-odd square meters to a spacious 28 square meters, complete with a large floor-to-ceiling window. I was so thrilled! Even though I didn't sleep well due to my own reasons, I'll definitely keep supporting Marriott hotels.

Neither of the two hotels I stayed at in Hong Kong this time required a deposit, which makes sense since almost no hotels in mainland China do anymore. I specifically requested a non-corner room when booking, but still ended up with one. The breakfast was pretty standard, similar to what you'd find at a Ji Hotel or Home Inn Select. The facilities are definitely showing their age; no kids' toothbrushes or slippers were provided, and no complimentary bottled water either. I'm not sure why they didn't renovate during the pandemic.

I've stayed at the Harbour Grand Kowloon several times now when visiting Hong Kong. Its location and facilities offer great value for money compared to similar hotels. The hotel is really well-situated in Kowloon, right on the waterfront with a lovely promenade. It's only about a ten-minute walk to K11, and while taking the MTR might require two transfers, walking along the promenade is actually quite close. I booked my room in advance for the holiday, and they even upgraded me to a sea-view suite for free – the view was absolutely unbeatable! Just a short walk straight out of the hotel, there are tons of restaurants to choose from. Nearby, you'll also find the Whampoa, which houses a large supermarket, and Kowloon Park, which has facilities for kids. This truly is a value-for-money hotel. The room facilities here are newer than those at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong too. Highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent. The L-level lobby corridor connects directly to Langham Place mall, and Mong Kok MTR station is right downstairs. Sasa, Mannings, and Cookies Quartet are all nearby, and it's about a ten-minute walk to Sister Fei's Street Food. The air conditioning on the lower floors only provides cold air, but they provide a portable heater in the wardrobe. The Indian manager at the breakfast restaurant was wonderful; he found out it was my daughter's birthday and even brought a small cake. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Located at University Station Exit B, this hotel is ideal if you're planning to stay in the Sha Tin area. The facilities are much newer compared to those in Tsim Sha Tsui or Hong Kong Island, and the price is just over half. The sea view rooms offer a harbor view, but there's a highway nearby, so it can be a bit noisy at night. The bedding is very comfortable, but there aren't many dining or shopping options nearby. Luckily, Sha Tin is just two stops away, so you can grab a meal and then explore the Chinese University of Hong Kong campus upon your return. There's also a bus downstairs the next day to Sai Kung.

After seeing some online reviews mentioning the hotel's older facilities, I decided to take a chance, and to my surprise, my stay exceeded all expectations. Marriott's quality truly shines through; all the facilities are well-maintained, the air conditioning in the room was perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. It's a hotel with incredible value for money. Even though it was busy, the staff managed everything smoothly and efficiently. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! 👍 When I mentioned I wasn't entirely happy with the room I had booked online, the front desk attendant quickly arranged for a room change. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

The location is excellent! After crossing the border at Futian Port MTR, it's just a short walk to the hotel, and you can also walk to Victoria Harbour from there. The service was great. I booked a city view room, but the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a partial sea view room for free. I could enjoy the night view of Victoria Harbour right from my room. We booked a private room at Tin Lung Heen on the 28th floor for our New Year's Eve dinner. The view from the room was superb, definitely living up to its Michelin-starred reputation. Although there was a 10% service charge, the service was indeed exceptional, even if the food delivery was a bit slow. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and suitable for families, catering to all ages.

Environment: Came with family for Chinese New Year. The super luxury sea view room is one of the few very spacious rooms in Hong Kong. The surroundings are great, and transportation is very convenient. They even offer a free shuttle service to the high-speed rail station. The sea view from the room is beautiful, and you can walk by the sea just by going downstairs. The hotel food is also good.
Service: The staff are very thoughtful. They even helped fold clothes left from the day before and provided a free shoe-shining service. The front desk staff were also very considerate; there was no discrimination against Mandarin speakers.
Facilities: The hotel furnishings are decent. Not super new, but still good. They provide a coffee machine and other nice amenities. The toiletries are also good.
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene is excellent, very clean. The beds and carpets were all well-cleaned.
Overall, it's a hotel with a great experience. Had a wonderful time with the family! 😊

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, soundproof, clean, and tidy. The room is quite spacious, even big enough to add an extra bed. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and they thoughtfully gave my child a teddy bear. The hotel's location is super convenient, backing onto Victoria Peak and very close to Admiralty MTR station. Taikoo Place shopping mall is right downstairs. It's convenient for dining, sightseeing, and shopping. We booked a mountain view room, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!
YYiqiqukanhai58The hotel's location is excellent. From West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, head towards Elements Mall. Once inside Elements, continue following the clear signs to the hotel. The entire walk is indoors. It's also convenient if you exit at Kowloon MTR station; just walk into Elements. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and friendly. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming. There are clear signs leading to the hotel entrance. You take the elevator to the 6th-floor lobby where staff direct you to the front desk for an easy check-in process.
Because of the convenience and excellent service, I extended my stay for an extra day. On the first day, I wasn't familiar with Elements Mall, but once I got my bearings, it was very easy to get around. To travel from Hong Kong to Macau or Zhuhai, you can simply take the cross-border bus from within Elements Mall, which is incredibly convenient!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a beautiful view and the facilities are quite new. The beds in the twin room are very large, which is great for families with young children. You can ask the front desk for kids' toiletries, but they don't have children's body wash or lotion, so you'll need to bring your own. The breakfast selection isn't huge, and the taste is just average.

YYyy1cantHaving stayed at many Ritz-Carltons in mainland China, I have to give the highest praise to the Hong Kong Ritz-Carlton. As soon as I entered the lobby, a very handsome Asian gentleman immediately came forward to assist me. His service was impeccable, leaving a fantastic first impression even before check-in. Check-in was on the 103rd floor, and the front desk lady was incredibly welcoming. Her colleague even offered me tea to quench my thirst after a long journey. When I went downstairs for a smoke, a server was always there to light it for me. No matter where I went in the hotel, someone would personally escort me, which really sets it apart from almost all luxury hotels in mainland China in terms of service. Upon entering my room on the 106th floor, the view overlooking all of Kowloon was truly stunning. What made me particularly happy was that the hotel TV was specially set to Simplified Chinese for me, displaying my name. Many other areas also had information in Simplified Chinese with my name on it, showing great respect for mainland Chinese guests. The breakfast restaurant, also on the 103rd floor, offers a view of the entire Victoria Harbour. I was pleased that although hotel slippers aren't allowed in the breakfast area, the server thoughtfully prepared an extra pair for me to wear in the restaurant. I had a similar issue at the Conrad Hangzhou before, where the server arrogantly told me to go back to my room to change. I highly recommend the lounge bar on the 103rd floor; the ambiance is lovely, and the drinks are delicious. There's also a mall right next to the hotel, making it very convenient for luxury shopping. My only slight regret is not being able to experience the top-floor bar. Overall, this was truly a textbook example of a hotel stay – high standards, high quality. I hope the hotel continues to maintain such service and quality. See you next time, Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong!

WWowoxiaoshouA hotel that's perfect for a vacation. The rooms are simple yet cozy, and well-equipped with all the amenities you need. I especially want to praise the buffet – it was delicious! The hotel is also very close to the center of Saigon, making it easy and pleasant to explore the surrounding area.
