We had an excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou! My family spent two nights here, and the service was truly top-notch. From seamless transport arrangements to thoughtful amenities—including special items for our kids like toothpaste and slippers—they paid attention to every detail. The complimentary garden access was a particular highlight, offering a gorgeous and peaceful setting for photos. The entire team was wonderful. Everyone, from the welcoming doorman to the efficient housekeeping staff, was consistently friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful to Concierge team member, 小谈 (Xiǎo Tán), for his outstanding assistance. He was always ready to help and made our stay even smoother. For a truly lovely Hanfu photoshoot experience, international guests can consider 艺瑟汉服摄影 (Yìsè Hànfú Shèyǐng), just a short ride from the hotel. The talented husband-and-wife duo who run it are fantastic with children, which helped them capture our most natural and joyful moments. We were recommended this studio by a local, and it was the best choice we made! Lastly, don't miss the hidden gem we chanced upon: Fortune Burger, located opposite the hotel. When I visited Wuxi for Chinese New Year, I stayed at the Hyatt and was very impressed by its location, facilities, and Chinese restaurant. So, when I brought my parents to Wuxi this time, I chose it again. Even though it's now rebranded as Suning Galaxy, the service is still excellent. I especially want to thank our concierge, Gessia. She contacted me on WeChat a day in advance to understand my request for a quiet room with an extra bed. When we checked in the next day, the extra bed was already set up, and she thoughtfully prepared all the in-room amenities, along with welcome fruits and an additional breakfast. Throughout our stay, Gessia was incredibly responsive and efficient via WeChat whenever we had any questions or needs, which was very reassuring. Every staff member at the hotel was smiling, greeted us proactively, and spoke softly, making us feel very comfortable.

My stay at Jinling Hotel was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the prime Xinjiekou area, making transportation, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient – truly a fantastic location. The view from my room on the 55th floor was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the Yangtze River stretching like a ribbon and the entire cityscape of Nanjing, an amazing scenic experience. What truly stood out was the hotel's service. The staff were warm and attentive, especially YYH, whose professional and thoughtful service truly showcased the hotel's dedication to its guests. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back again!

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

The owner and front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the MRT station, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. It's right next to Guanqian Street, and Pingjiang Road is just a short walk away. All in all, I highly recommend booking a room here!

I was incredibly satisfied with my stay! 😍😍 The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. 👍👍 The room was spacious and beautiful, making for a very comfortable stay. A pleasant surprise was the free upgrade to a room with a terrace – absolutely delighted! 🤩🤩 When I booked, only one person had breakfast included, but the hotel thoughtfully provided a complimentary second breakfast, for which I'm truly grateful. ☺️☺️ The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. What touched me most was receiving a small gift upon check-out: a beautiful, exquisite embroidered fan – I absolutely love it! 😍😍 The entire experience was warm and unforgettable, and I will definitely be back! 😄😄

The Crowne Plaza Suzhou is ideally located on the west bank of Jinji Lake, south of Modern Avenue, just across the street from landmarks like the Gate of the Orient and Suzhou Center Plaza, and right next to the Musical Fountain Square. Its unique cruise ship design is a real eye-catcher. From the east bank of Jinji Lake, you can see the 'Big Underpants' (Gate of the Orient) and the 'cruise ship' (Crowne Plaza) in the same frame, especially dazzling at night with all the lights. The hotel's service truly reflects the high standards of the IHG group: The night before check-in, a hotel representative called to confirm our reservation. Upon learning that our party included two seniors and one child, they specially noted our requests for early check-in and a twin room at the front desk and tried their best to accommodate them. Upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Room, which was very spacious. The two single beds, in particular, were wide enough for one adult and one child to comfortably share a bed without feeling cramped. The service throughout our stay was incredibly warm and attentive. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage, and after checking in, the front desk staff kindly escorted us to the elevators. Learning that we had a boy with us, they even arranged for housekeeping to deliver a pair of children's slippers. The breakfast buffet was a definite highlight. The dining environment at Saint Saloon Western Restaurant was very bright and comfortable, and we were even able to sit at the 'bow' of the ship, enjoying the beautiful views of Jinji Lake while we ate. Guests also enjoy complimentary parking. After registering our license plate number at the front desk, driving in and out of the hotel multiple times was very smooth. Whether for a family vacation or a business trip to Suzhou, the Crowne Plaza Suzhou is an excellent choice.

Facilities: Average Cleanliness: Average. I understand not being able to open windows on the 71st floor, but the room was so dry my nose bled and my throat hurt, which was very uncomfortable. They really should add a humidifier. Because it was so dry, any movement in the room stirred up a lot of dust. This isn't a problem with the cleaning staff, but rather the extreme dryness of the room. Environment: The view outside the window is indeed nice, very impressive. Service: Average 1. We booked a room type that should have been around the 66th floor, but we were upgraded to the 71st floor, which I really appreciate. 2. I booked the room through Ctrip, and Ctrip indicated that my credit was sufficient and no deposit was needed. However, at check-in, I was still required to pay an additional 1111 as a deposit, which contradicted what Ctrip said. I completely understand paying a deposit, but why was it 1111, then became 1110.98? 3. When booking, it showed complimentary welcome fruit, but we didn't receive any. I always stay in five-star hotels when traveling, and welcome fruit is always placed directly in the room; I've never had to ask for it like this. And I only remembered and asked about it on the second night, and then they told me I had to go pick it up myself. Summary: The outdoor scenery is beautiful, but the night view has too much reflection on the glass to get a good photo (I used a DJI, and even post-processing couldn't remove it). The third picture is a daytime shot from the 71st floor. Honestly, you can get great photos from the 45th floor (second video), so booking a standard room is sufficient. Especially after seeing the comparison (first video).

The hygiene is average. There is often a smell of smoke in the corridors and elevators, water stains can be seen on the sinks, and the bathroom smells a bit like urine. The building where the hotel is located is shared by many businesses. There are two hotel front desks on the first floor. I thought I was in the wrong place at first. The building faces the street. I usually don't feel noisy on the 8th floor, but I was woken up by the roar of the garbage truck downstairs at about 4 o'clock in the middle of the night. The facilities in the room are quite complete, but a bit old. Breakfast has limited varieties and tastes OK.

All are very good, the service is warm, the lobby is tall and grand, the room is clean and sanitary, the front desk staff is very nice, it feels very comfortable, travel is also very convenient, and the cost performance is very high
