Located in the urban area of Suzhou, this is a historic garden hotel. Staying here includes complimentary daytime admission tickets to the Panmen Scenic Area. Front desk receptionist Elena was warm, patient, and professional, making me feel right at home. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the garden view outside the restaurant was stunning. I have brought friends from various countries and regions to stay here multiple times, and the feedback has always been fantastic 👍. It's a hotel I will definitely return to.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to stroll around Jinji Lake and booked a room last minute. To my surprise, it was a fantastic find! First off, the location is absolutely superb. It's just a few minutes' walk from the metro station to the hotel, and the hotel opens right onto Jinji Lake. When you're tired from exploring, you can simply head back to the hotel – it's perfect for a getaway! There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself is beautifully decorated with great style, clean, and comfortable. All the facilities are new, and the mini-bar is replenished daily with complimentary items. The service was excellent. The staff spoke softly, were polite, and very patient! The housekeeper was also incredibly kind and helpful! Breakfast was another pleasant surprise! It was a semi-buffet and à la carte style. I tried a bit of everything, and it all tasted delicious. The hotel also has its own cafe selling cakes and pastries. I bought a cake for my daughter, and it was yummy! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I'll definitely choose to stay at Gu again next time I visit!

I was extremely satisfied with the room. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the rooftop terrace upstairs has a lot of style. The staff were very welcoming. To have a place like this amidst the misty rain of Jiangnan is absolute perfection!

The hotel is located within the Lingnan Guild Hall in the scenic area, right by Shantang Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. However, the scenic area has traffic restrictions, and the streets are mainly cobblestone. There are also stairs within the Lingnan Guild Hall, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage or pushing a stroller. The hotel's front desk service is excellent and very welcoming. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, and they even offer laundry service, which is a big plus! The hotel has a garden-style design, with a beautiful koi pond that's great for photos and where you can feed the fish. Although it's in a scenic area, the hotel rooms are quite quiet, and there were various complimentary services that unfortunately I didn't get to use. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

There are so many great hotels in Wuxi. Having visited with my kids many times and stayed at various five-star hotels, this time we came to tour Taihu Lake. We booked the hotel very late on the day of arrival, and after calling first to inquire about the evening buffet, we finally chose the JW. The room was thoroughly cleaned, and the service was excellent and very prompt (there was a minor issue with the TV, but someone was sent right away to fix it). The hotel is located in a bustling downtown area with a lively atmosphere. Right downstairs is a shopping mall with everything you could possibly need, making it very convenient when traveling with kids. Above all, the night view is unbeatable! Looking out from the 57th floor, the night view of Wuxi is stunning! The dining and other amenities are quite decent—nothing extraordinary, but everything you need is there. And that's more than enough 👍 Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Since we love Wuxi so much and it's very convenient to get here from Shanghai, we will definitely stay at our JW again next time.

This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Shaxi Ancient Town is within walking distance, offering a one-stop experience of hot springs, kid-friendly activities, and exploring the ancient town. We booked a private hot spring, and the open-air bamboo forest private bath was picturesque, perfect for those who prefer privacy over public baths or for shy children. Our family room was spacious, allowing ample room for our child to play. The entire room had a natural wood, Japanese-style decor, featuring a Dyson hairdryer and a smart toilet. It was meticulously cleaned and odorless. Some room types even come with a small courtyard, and the rooms are quiet with good soundproofing. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it a great hot spring destination for repeat visits with kids.

I used to choose the InterContinental as my first choice in Nanjing—it has a great location. This time, on my way back, I wanted to check out the shopping malls, so I stayed here for one night. It truly lives up to the reputation of the Jinling Hotel. From the bellhop to the front desk, the service was warm and attentive. Although the newly renovated room is not very large, it is quite comfortable. Standing by the window and looking at the city's night view, it felt much more bustling and vibrant than the scenery around Xuanwu Lake. Shopping and dining were extremely convenient.
