The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

Lijiang Jinmao Hotel has an amazing vibe! Tucked away right next to Shuhe Old Town, its Naxi-style architecture and garden landscapes are beautiful, with a new stunning view at every turn. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding is plush, and you can even see the mountains from the lobby. Plus, they offer many hands-on craft activities. Angel provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the breakfast was abundant with local specialties. It's super convenient for exploring the old town and visiting Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Definitely my top choice for a relaxing vacation, I'll be back!

Hotel location is in the centre. There is a bike lane in front of the hotel, just have to be careful when heading to the hotel, reception is on the 2nd floor. We didn't use the metro as we usd Didi/Amap rides which were convenient and affordable. Our double room was smalll but clean and comfortable with towels provided, not the disposal types. Breakfast was great with local varieties. There is a free coffee machine at the reception. This is our first time staying in this hotel chain and will certainly try it again in our future trips to China.

I stayed for 5 days in total, here are my thoughts: The hotel is beautiful, every corner is meticulously designed and heavily invested, exuding the aesthetics of 1956. It's definitely worth experiencing. It's also great for photos. Although some details in the room are a bit old and the facilities are somewhat average, the overall ambiance outweighs these shortcomings, so it's still a worthwhile choice. The service was also very attentive and excellent. The fruit platter in the room was replenished daily with various seasonal fruits, which was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, they would deliver things like white fungus soup (though we didn't drink it), but it left a very good impression. The butler was also very professional and accommodated all our needs. The pool was clean, and the longer we stayed over the 5 days, the more comfortable it became. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kunming. Additionally, I have some personal suggestions for improvement: 1. There are too few non-smoking twin rooms. We were involuntarily assigned to a smoking floor (10th floor), which they claimed had been treated to remove smoke odors. However, for the first two days, there was still a strange smell of smoke mixed with old carpet, an indescribable odor, which made it difficult to sleep well. It was quite bothersome. I hope more non-smoking floors can be added, and that room odors are thoroughly dealt with. The carpets could also be cleaned more frequently. 2. The shower is located inside the bathtub. Even with a shower curtain, water would inevitably flow over the edge of the tub, leaving the entire bathroom floor wet after showering. This was very inconvenient. We had to use towels to block the edge of the tub each time we showered, which helped a little, but water still escaped. I hope there's a way to improve this. 3. The wall near the room entrance has a thick, leather-like texture, but the surface is aged, with many pieces of the outer layer peeling off and flaking. I hope this can be improved. 4. Overall cleanliness still has room for improvement. When we first checked in, there were many water stains on the bathroom mirror! 5. The breakfast was generally delicious, but compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels, it lacked stir-fried rice and stir-fried noodles. I hope more stir-fried dishes can be added. Not everyone likes rice noodles, and if you don't eat them, the other main course options are quite limited. 6. There's no swimsuit spin dryer in the changing rooms by the pool, and the pool doesn't have lane dividers. These are points that I feel could be improved.

Our group of eight traveled around Yunnan for 12 days, and Citymark Hotel (Kunming Changshui Airport) was by far everyone's favorite. The service was exceptional; as soon as we walked in, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. The rooms were incredibly clean and featured smart services. All the slippers and towels were sterilized and sealed, and the sheets and duvet covers were impeccably clean, even better than at home. They also offered free shuttle service, and the breakfast spread was varied, nutritious, and delicious. It was a stark contrast to the cold attitude we experienced from staff at other hotels earlier in our trip. Everyone agreed that on our next visit to Kunming, Yunnan, we'll definitely stay at Citymark Hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Great service and amenities. The coffee, tea, and cake was great. Breakfast service has a very warm lady that will cook the rice noodles on the spot. The staff are all very friendly and willing to share guides or local haunts around the area. The location was the only downside. The hotel is located on a very steep hill, so it is not good for elderly or folks that cannot climb the stairs. But with the steep hill, you can get a better view of the snow mountain.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were warm and courteous. The location is also great, just a 5-minute walk to the Starlight Night Market. The hotel-arranged airport pickup driver was very witty and humorous. The only thing to note is that getting a taxi around here can be tough, so it's best to arrange transportation in advance (like a private car or rental). My trip to Xishuangbanna was made possible by choosing the Meihua Lizhi Sunac Hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – a perfect recommendation! Located in the Sunac International Resort Area, the hotel boasts a tranquil and serene environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by lush greenery, it exudes tropical charm. The lobby is elegantly designed, with warm wood tones and Dai-style elements, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The comfortable and spacious lounge area showcases quality throughout. The guest rooms are bright and airy, with a timeless and minimalist luxury style. The entire room features intelligent voice control, allowing you to control the lights, curtains, and TV simply by speaking. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the Dream Lily mattress is so comfortable you won't want to get up. The bathroom features a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet for cleanliness and convenience, and a complimentary minibar – attention to detail is evident. The service is also heartwarming: the front desk is efficient and welcoming, the complimentary airport pick-up is punctual and thoughtful, and responses to any needs are extremely quick. Amenities are comprehensive, including complimentary afternoon tea, a late-night noodle shop, a gym, and a self-service laundry room. The rooftop pool offers stunning views, perfect for taking amazing photos. Although not in the city center, it's easily accessible by taxi and close to the airport and Sunac Land. The place is quiet and comfortable, with attentive service and excellent value for money. It's the top choice for a vacation in Xishuangbanna, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. Front desk staff member 212 was warm and attentive, handling both check-in and check-out quickly and with a great attitude. The location is convenient for getting around, with all amenities nearby. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and the environment is quiet, not noisy at all. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, highly recommended! We had a very peaceful 520 with my boyfriend.

Right from the moment we stepped out of the car, a smiling staff member was there to take our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was professional. Our room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and breakfast offered a great variety. I especially want to commend Xiao Liu for their warmth; my child was actually a little sad to leave. It's not because the hotel was overly luxurious, but rather that feeling of being quietly well taken care of that makes us want to return.
