It was amazing, we really enjoyed all the amenities, the view unmatched, we really enjoy our time there. Really quiet and pacefull, we will be staying there again for sure!

We were one night. The hotel is very quiet, the bed may need a change already the bed was noticed a little dipped. For all the other things, great, the bathroom very well and the size of the right room.

Our experience was that we couldn't even enjoy the hotel. The shower screen was missing a seal, so the bathroom flooded with water. When my husband stepped out of the shower, he pulled something and we had to leave the hotel at 4:20 PM to go to urgent care. It's such a shame. (My husband has a disability with reduced mobility).
Why didn't the maintenance staff or cleaning crew notice that piece was missing?
In conclusion, we ended up in urgent care without even using the room, and the hotel offered no suitable solution for the circumstances... not even an apology.
I don't think we'll be returning to this hotel, which is a pity because it used to be our go-to hotel in Pamplona.

Every time I go to Pamplona, Spain, I will basically stay at this hotel.
The original price is more expensive, now it has been fine-tuned, it is worth staying
