Hii. I had dine with your restaurants with my family yesterday,,the Indian Restaurant Nakli Dhaba was good ambience.A welcoming atmosphere with a very high quality standard maintain . specially ** Madan **he took care of us so nicely.Very good service.Pleasant Dining.Really happy with his standard of approaching. Us about the lot of variety of dices suggestion.It was a wonderful experience.Thanks MADAN for your exceptional service standard.

Peaceful environment in the midst of city, staffs had a great positive attitude,cordial and above all felt at home.smallest of need taken utmost care with homely feel. Honestly food was great especially the morning buffet served us more than 30 items or more ,lots of choice . Truly it's a kind of visit again property on the beach at holy city of puri. We would love to comeback .

Staff are cooperative , also hotels are very hygiene and clean . In case of food , all foods are tasty and good . U am very much happy the way staffs are greeted . This was out first trip to Odisha to Visit Jagannatha Puri & other temple heritages. Though our trip did not go as expected , But Vivanta team was extremely helpful & supportive. We arrived early around 09:00 I booked for 2 adults & 1 child. & we had an additional guest with us. My daughter just turned 12 this June so as per Hotel policy they considered her as adult , now we were 4 adults .So we had to book Suite room to accomodate 4 people which costed lot on my Pocket. we got the Suite room around 12 , Room was big , spacious & nicely done. I stayed in this property for 2 days, Stay was perfect, Hotel is as good as expected . we had a good swimming session , followed by Steam & Sauna . I want to thank Hom bahadur for taking care of us . Now coming to Food, we ordered food in room on day-1 & we had food at restaurant on day-2. Food was very-2 delicious . restaurant team was great at serving. Over all it was an excellent stay. & special thanks to Roma, Chandan, Hom bahadur , Restaurant staff & entire team for their services & maintaining Taj as best Hotel Brand of India. The one thing which i did not like was that , My Amex Taj-Voucher was not accepted for bill payment.

The hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay.
