Everything was great! The dinner was lovely, and breakfast was superb. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere, both indoors and outdoors, was very pleasant. It was an experience I'd definitely repeat. Thank you very much!

I was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars. From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent! The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you. It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to.

The whole experience of staying in this hotel was very good. All staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean and had a small balcony with ocean view which we liked. The gardens of the hotel make the surroundings even nicer. The indoors swimming pool experience was very good, especially after a few hours drive. We watched the football match from the roof top bar, which had amazing views and a really cool vibe. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best ones of our whole road trip, a lot of variety and all very tasty. We definitely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it, either if you are just passing by or to stay for a few days, quality value is really worth it.

Everything was good except their bed. We had a double bed room but they used two single beds on the side of each other to make it a double bed. The mattress was not comfy and we could sense Spring in the mattress.

The experience on the beach of Sal Resort was excellent. The hotel is a comfortable, modern and very pleasant environment, the Omaggio restaurant is perfect for enjoying a super pleasant meal for those who like a good mass and a good pizza with super reasonable values. The hotel service was a careful and sympathetic, they provided even WhatsApp for even closer service to customers, always providing and carefully with details. The rooms are very cheerful and also super-friendly, and I also highlight the view and the surrounding space, which make this experience even more special. The spa also deserves a highlight, heated swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are excellent for a relaxing day, and even if you prefer more relaxing, massage service makes your stay more relaxing. The breakfast is also an excellent point to mention, everything super well prepared and a super pleasant environment.This resort is undoubtedly an excellent for a couple's escape, an experience I recommend and will repeat again.

Good comfort, good service. There was only one problem with lifts, but it was solved. Some confusion in the breakfast service, they could review how they make the confirmation and disposition of the guests.

The hotel has a beautiful, very well decorated interior and a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and pleasant; however, it is worth mentioning that the two single beds, even with a overlooking bed, do not offer the comfort expected. With use, beds end up to separate and a uncomfortable space is created between them, which damages sleep quality. Another important point is access to the SPA. Although it is a pay service for guests, access is not always possible, as it depends on the existence of vacancies. The offer of the SPA is also limited: it consists mainly of a very small indoor pool for the number of hotel rooms and a Turkish bathroom that does not have the best quality. This ultimately makes the experience less than expected for a hotel of this category. In general, the hotel has potential and an insensible aesthetics, but there are aspects of comfort and service management, especially with regard to the SPA, which need to be improved to fully justify the stay.

Elegant hotel with villa type rooms. Helpful staff, nice breakfast, on site parking. Comfortable beds. 20 minutes drive from Comporta. Rooms on the small side. Can rent e-bikes from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel! I think it is the best that can be in this location for adequate money. I liked it very much. Huge beds, excellent swimming pool, good service, large rooms, with a bath and shower, embankment for walks. The hotel was really nice to surprise. They wanted to even stay for one more day, but unfortunately there were no free rooms.
