Amazing breakfast! Made to order omelettes are great! Really nice staff; helped me with a toothbrush and toothpaste for my stay. Really saved me! The quick coffee at the front was much needed and great variety of options. Loved my stay!

The room was so nice, we got the suite, its just that the water isnt hot enough for a shower in my opinion, its not cold but definitely not warm or hot enough, it was ok for my boyfriend but not for me. also it will be better if the bed was facing the bridge but not the other way, cause now once we sleep we only see buildings but not the bridge or the bay, kinda like a waste once we hit the bed

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

The hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, a little over 1 km from the convention center, which is about a 30-minute walk. Parking is available at the hotel, but it costs $52 per night, which is a bit expensive. The parking lot across the street is $40 per day. The hotel lobby is very grand. The breakfast options are limited, and the rooms are small and a bit dated, but it offers good value for money, making it a worthwhile choice.

Absolutely beautiful and very peaceful here! The service is exceptional and the view that we have of the pool is just breathtaking. My son and I are very much enjoying our stay here! The rooms are huge and the food at the the oaks is also very delicious. Lauren was my server and she’s so sweet and attentive thanks again for my wonderful experience I most definitely will be returning! Also I forgot to mention they have real fire places and they offer a complimentary fire log for every night you stay there, really sets the ambiance.

We really liked this hotel for a number of reasons: (1) Large, clean, comfortable room with lots of storage space and a comfy sofa. Microwave, Keurig, and a decent-sized refrigerator as well. (2) Super-friendly staff, especially the room attendant and the lady who took care of the breakfast. The front desk were very helpful. (3) Great location for visiting Yosemite - about as close as you can get without being in the park - no more than 15 minutes to the gate. Breakfast was steam-table scrambled eggs and sausage, toast, muffins, fruit, and cereal. For more than that there's a Denny's adjacent. There' s a pool, steam rooms, and hot tub, but we didn't bring swim suits, so can't comment on them. Would definitely stay again.

In order to visit relatives, I chose a hotel close to their home. The average room rate is close to 300 US dollars per night. In terms of 2000 RMB per night, the room is constantly dusty, the carpet is not very clean, there may be too many tourists, and there is no way to do it properly. During the 4 days of staying, there were 2 big and one small, and I had been informed in advance, but I had to be informed again every day to provide an extra set of bath towels. The sheets on the bed were not long enough, so a piece of the cleaning pad was leaked, and even the pillows were forgotten after making the bed... For cleaning, the lamps were put on the head of the bed and forgot to put back... Little things like that. The sound insulation of the room is very poor, except that through the bathroom ventilation duct, you can hear the sound of cars whizzing by on the street outside. On the third day of check-in, there is a large-scale wedding, and the party next door will last until 12:30 in the morning. The front desk informed several people Only once did I give up. The location is not bad, close to the old city, state capital... But because it is located in the downtown, there are a lot of young people. On the second night of our stay, we met Blink182's performance. The plaza, nearby stores and restaurants were full of fans, and the air was filled with a strong smell of smoke. What's more, breakfast can only be ordered to the room. There is no restaurant that provides breakfast, and there is no supermarket (the hotel does not provide water, and there will be an extra fee for asking for water at the front desk). It is not used to and inconvenient for children. More business-oriented and young, Posh! The hotel swimming pool is good, but it is a pity that it is open until 7:00 in the evening. A bit early for Sac summer. Overall, this is a hotel suitable for young people, not for family travel. The hotel staff is pretty good. It's just that I am personally older, so I probably won't come back to this hotel next time.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserStaying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

GGnochebuenaNever had to write this bad of a review. Terrible experience for the what I spent on. First front reception impression was bad. 2 receptionists, one on the phone helping a lady with an issue. She seemed very stressed. The gentleman helping the rest of us making a line. When it was my turn, my card wouldnt go through. When the lady receptionist was done with the call she seemed like she was about to get a mental breakdown. He then decided to try my card on her side and was successfully processed. He didn’t explain or gave me any instructions about the key. Key needed to work the elevators and power in the rooms I had to figure it out on my own. He Didn’t offer or explained parking, I went back after we unloaded our stuff drove around and found out there was no place to park. The receptionist pretty much just processed my card. I stayed 3 nights and no one went into my room to take trash or pick up the dirty towels. Only thing they did was put a set of clean towels the night before my check out day and that’s about it. I was given an accessible room. I did not ask for one. A light on a night stand were unplugged. Found multiple lotto tickets inside the pull out bed. Toilet paper handle was broken. By the way…..what kind of bar closes at 8? The bartender didn’t seem professional or welcoming. When checking out I was asked how I wanted my receipt. On paper or email. I told her I rather get an email. I checked out around 8am and it’s 435pm and I haven’t received my email. The only people I will say were amazing at their job were the valet guys. They were friendly, helpful and did their job.

KKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

RRachelThe hotel rooms here are incredible! My stay here was so relaxing and comfortable. You'll have to take a car to reach most of the nightlife. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the staff they where impatient and when we checked in the lady at the desk was downright rude. Which is a real bummer because the setup of the hotel makes it really hard to find your room without help from a staff member. I know that working with people all day can be tough and I would be happy to give them another chance because everything else was so nice.
