Perfect place for a shuttle airport hotel! Shuttle very 15 minutes and a great place to prepare for a trip. Pool and bar is nice. Spent way more on drinks and food than I imagined but not much around… it was fair in the end. Great bar staff.

Entrance and lobby is quite nice and modern, the rooms are exactly the opposite. Although is does the job after a long travelday, the room was very outdated. Bed was pretty good I must say. Also the fire alarm sounded twice in the middle of the night. The gave us complementary breakfast as a compensation but only after a making a complaint. Location is pretty good. Near aiport and near Rental cars (10 min walk) The fitness room is ok. Outdated, but still does the job.

Quick to get to from LAX. Complimentary hotel shuttle came quickly and regularly. Nice to have after a long flight. Room was good and clean.

Good location for overnight transit. My flight was delayed and I arrived over 12am so I couldn't get the shuttle, I took a 5 mins Uber and the distance was 29 usd. The room is clean and comfy, worthy for the price.

Hotel was very nice and staff was very helpful and friendly. The ART bus stops directly in front of the hotel making access to the parks very easy. You can also choose to walk which we did the first night but the ART bus is worth the $6 per day (or $16 for 3 day pass). Also had breakfast one morning at the restaurant which is a much better option than eating at the parks.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Our stay at Hilton Anaheim was great. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning services were daily. The amenities were wonderful. The pool and lounging area was perfect. There's a few restaurants located down in the lobby and a Starbucks! Would definitely recommend hilton anaheim to friends and family. Check out was a breeze. They had a text option for quick and easy check out. Can't wait til next time.

Frondesk Staff is unprofessional and unfriendly, During the stay housekeeping banging the Door around 7am in the morning when to the front desk making complaint didn't get any satisfy answer, specifically there's front desk staff just looking at me with stone face no smile just looking at me ,not even saying anything polite , no words, nothing !! ,i stood over there more than 5 minutes, finally one staff asking me did i need help ?! very unprofessional !!!

The rooms are clean, neat, and in good condition. The decor and furnishings were good quality and tasteful. The staff were all courteous, helpful, and professional. There were only a couple things that weren't perfect: 1) The sleeper sofa I used was not comfortable but maybe no sleeper sofas so I could simply have unrealistic expectations, and 2) the open atrium has a lot of echos so any noise I hear either from the lobby or the other floors can be heard through the door of my room which I found very distracting when I'm trying to sleep.

Amazing experience! We asked if we could check in early just out of sheer curiosity and they were very accommodating. They didn’t have a room at first but then had a room available shortly after. Overall staff were very nice and the room was very clean. The room was also very spacious! We stayed on the fifth floor and it had a large lobby to sit, study, and/or talk with friends: The hotel is in a small Asian/chinese district. Lots of Chinese food and markets to go to!

It is located on the campus of the school. The environment is elegant and atmospheric. There is no traffic. The hygiene and safety are guaranteed. It is convenient to eat nearby. There is a large supermarket where you can purchase all kinds of food and daily necessities. There are 3 or 4 schools nearby. stores, selling the school's cultural and creative products, books, etc. recommended hotel

Overall, okay. You get what you pay for: a relatively clean but basic room. The AC was loud but functioned well. Wifi functioned but was slow/spotty when streaming. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide shampoo and soap.

We loved it! Kids had so much fun! Our room was very clean and the customer service was very friendly. Don't leave without trying their food.

There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. There was no ref and microwave. Other than that, everything was nice. There was free breakfast. There is a swimming pool. The thing I liked the most was the free shuttle to Disneyland. I loved my stay here!!

Great spot rooms are nice n very comfy plenty n necessary amenities in room tv channels n apps great pretty much everything was great n tha front desk gentlemen, Frankie, super sweet n very helpful loved his happy attitude n vibe made us feel welcomed. I will be back here n I recommend this place to everyone! 😀

Stayed here for a week while visiting disneyland with family. We had two rooms booked both on the concierge level (18). We arrived at the hotel early around 1pm and were surprised that both our rooms were ready for early check in. Spent time at the hotel enjoying the club lounge and pool that day. Hotel was busy with conferences going on and a convention going on at the convention center. It felt crowded but the hotel was properly staffed. We never had to wait for food, drinks, or elevators. It was only a 15-20 minute walk to Disney or a quick walk and bus ride over that picks you up right by the Hilton and drops you off right at the gates to Disney. The club level was open Monday-Friday for grab and go drinks/snacks 6:30am to 10pm and Saturday/Sunday for grab and go drinks/snacks 12pm to 10pm. Breakfast daily, appetizers in the afternoon, and deserts at night. Saturday/Sunday full breakfast buffet in the restaurant. The staff in the club lounge were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return in the future.

We stayed at the Doubletree because we had car issues on the way home from the Rams game. Arrived at the hotel at 2am and Jae was all smiles. He was very helpful and a great guy. We got to our room and it was great. Large room with separate living area from the bedroom. It had a microwave and fridge. If we need a place to stay in Orange county, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel was great for our stay here in California. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable after a long day out whether around Los Angeles or a 17 hour day in Disneyland. The fridge was great bigger than we expected. We managed to store lots of bottled water and a few 2L bottles of juices with all our yoghurts etc for the mornings and during the day. Fridge is a great size for trips to Target which is across the street less than 5 min walk. Bathroom and other parts in the room we couldn’t fault had everything we needed for our stay to make it comfortable. As we left they were re decorating the halls, apart from all of this we wish there was stairs to each floor instead of just getting the lift up as we were in the 3rd floor room 355. Stairs would have been nice inside the blocks as there is only a fire exit stairwell to leave the hotel you cannot get to your room via stairs. Also great for parking a hire car as this hotel doesn’t charge for overnight parking too one of the reasons we chose this as our main location to go back and forth from saving us $350/$400 compared to competitor hotels around LA.

For our Disneyland trip we used this hotel. When we arrived everyone was very friendly but was a bit disappointed that my only two options for parking was self parking for $25 and valet for $30 per day. As this was our first time going on a proper vacation. Guess I should have read more carefully because I also thought it said breakfast was included like a continental type but no it just says breakfast available and it can get pricey. The food is good though. This hotel is about 9 min away from the Disneyland parking lot which was great. There are stores and restaurants near by. The view is limited and if wanting to have a Disneyland view this is not the place. We were only able to see the tower and a few lights at night. But over all very comfortable, clean and friendly.

We stayed in the Barnes for four nights in June 2023. Firstly, the hotel is really well located, right by Union Square with all its transport links and 20-30 minute walk away from the Embarcadero and Oracle Stadium. The room was clean and cleaned daily, staff were all very friendly, and it has a great gym (we stayed at the Galleria Park during our last stay in SF which was more expensive and the gym wasn’t fantastic). The bathroom was a little on the small side but the room was a decent size with a comfortable (but slightly on the softer side) bed, fridge, huge TV, coffee making facilities and a table with two bar stools. The hotel is good for the price you pay. We didn’t spend huge amounts of time in the room as we were busy sightseeing and it was perfect for what we needed. As other reviewers have pointed out, some parts of it are being renovated but we were not impacted by any noise so we had no complaints on that side. I note one other review mentioned noise from the road, we did experience that but it didn’t bother us.

It’s my second time back in this hotel but this time I got to stay at the Landmark room. The room is spacious, as usual the location is superb! Just at Union Square, walking distance to Chinatown and as well to the cable car. $25 daily for the fees is mandatory to be paid but you will get in return of a daily credit for that amount and two steel bottles and two cable car ticket one way! Amenities is superb, bed is amazingly comfortable!

We chose this hotel because of the location for getting to the trolley, a Hop-on Hop-off tour stop, the local bus system, and the nearby BART system. For this it did not disappoint. The price is reasonable, and the hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. From this, I digress. The noise level during the nights, was that a very loud level. All from external. Sirens, music, loud cars and trucks going by, garbage trucks in the middle of the night, quite a bit of yelling, and the like. Normal ear plugs did not help. If you stay here, you will need some heavy duty ear plugs. We get up earlier and the hotel lobby coffee was not ready ever before 7:00 a.m. there is coffee in the room, however if you need real creamer, you'll be out of luck until 7:00 approximately. Not a terrible review, just want people to be aware.

I want to share my recent experience at this hotel, which I regretfully cannot recommend. The hotel has an attractive location but is marred by a lack of basic amenities and poor customer service. During our six-night stay, we discovered on the second morning that there was no hot water. We informed the receptionist, Andy, but were met with a dismissive and rude attitude. We were informed that there would be no hot water for the rest of the day, and this lack of basic amenities was for a total of three days of the six days of our stay. Please note that according to California Civil Code §1940.2, it is the responsibility of the hotel to provide and maintain hot and cold running water for guests. To make matters worse, when we requested to check out early due to this issue, we were offered no refunds as our stay was prepaid on expedia. Expedia told us that the property was to decide while the property said it was expedia.. As I am a hotelier myself, I know it is the hotel’s call in the end. We were offered a shower facility in a separate building which was very inconvenient as we had to walk out of our building and take elevators to get there.. This was not a suitable alternative to the basic amenity that we had paid for. To add insult to injury, at time of check out, Andy offered us only $80 as a refund on a reservation worth over $1500, what a humiliating act, we could not believe it! Better not to offer anything, because really it is a shame to offer this to people.. We were one of the many customers to complain, and we saw that the receptionists had no sympathy towards anyone.. Yes, all businesses are there to make money, but not like this. What they did is close to stealing from someone! I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers, and I will continue to write on other platforms to warn people..

After experiencing the epidemic, Union Square has changed a lot now. Many nearby shops have closed and it still has not returned to normal. But returning to the Grand Hyatt is still the same as before, it feels very much like home and feels 100% safe!

Excellent choice! Super satisfied with my room cleanliness and size and the lady manager in the front desk was so helpful and hooked me up with a nice view. I will definitely stay here again. So near everything. Love it. Make sure you check out the roof top view at the restaurant bar, amazing!

Was here for holiday, chose this location as heard it is one of the safer areas. It was too bad, just that opposite the park there are quite of bit of homeless people sleeping. Location was alright, was accessible to Fisherman wharf, Golden Gate (took Lyft all the way). Around $10 to $25 per trip. Service was quite good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was cheerful and greeted everyone. However for the room, it was not the best, not what i would expect of Hilton having frequent the brand in other countries. Unlucky as got one of the un-renovated rooms. Room was outdated. The shower is a one way, so you can't control the flow of the water. There isn't even a sink stopper to fill the tub. Overall because of the room, wasn't the best for me.

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out. We chose this hotel as part of a package deal with BA. The location is great, the view from the room and service staff (bell hop, cleaning team etc) we're lovely. There were definitely more cons than pros for this place. We requested a replenishment of tea, creamer and sugar which never arrived. We ordered a $7 croissant which took 45mins to arrive and even after the $6 delivery charge and 15% the bill was $24?! We sent that back. We asked the reception for some advice on a travel ticket, which was wrong. The first day we decided to try breakfast at the hotel, I strongly recommend finding somewhere else. It was almost $100 for 2 classic breakfasts (toast, egg, bacon or sausage) and some OJ, not worth the money AT ALL. When we gave our feedback on checkout, the front of house was dismissive, unapologetic and we are leaving feeling disappointed with that service. Such a shame

The room view is very good, very close to China Town and Union Square, suitable for travel.
