Step 3: The driver and vehicle will be arranged within 3 working days, and the information will be sent via SMS to the reserved phone number or delivered to you through IM customer support.
Step 4: The driver will contact you in advance to confirm the itinerary details for the day.
Step 5: Begin your enjoyable trip and conclude it successfully.
Note: There may be slight delays during major holidays or special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
1. The normal price applies during the normal vehicle rental duration of 7:00 AM–10:00 PM. A nighttime service fee of ¥100 will be charged for rentals between 5:00 AM–7:00 AM and 10:00 PM–12:00 AM. A nighttime service fee of ¥200 will be charged for rentals between 12:00 AM–5:00 AM.
2. Prices may fluctuate during holidays and major events. For details, please contact customer support.
3. Pregnant women from mainland China are prohibited from entering Hong Kong. If a passenger is pregnant, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the driver may refuse service, and the fare will not be refunded. All issues arising from this will be borne by the passenger.
4. Customers who are moving, carrying cargo, or have a large amount of luggage should inform customer support in advance.

This product cannot be canceled once booking is confirmed. We appreciate your understanding.
Date changes are not permitted after booking
Service provider cancellation
If the service provider cancels the booking after it has been confirmed, they must pay an additional penalty of 100% of the booking amount plus a full refund (except for force majeure).
