Amazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. I called Harry, and even though I woke him up, he was incredibly calm and helpful. He quickly found us another bus, guided us to a new pickup point, and made sure we were taken care of. What really stood out was that he didn’t stop there — he also helped arrange our return to Hanoi and even checked in throughout the day to make sure everything was going well. Harry went far beyond what I expected, and turnedAmazing service — thank you Harry! I accidentally booked our bus for the wrong day (completely my mistake), and my wife and I showed up at 5:30am on almost no sleep only to realize what I’d done. We booked a flight from Sapa to Ninh Binh, even though we had provided a hotel room in Tam Coc. There was no transfer to the hotel, so we had to call a taxi. Otherwise, the bus and service were excellent.

When planning my trip, I decided to stay in Hanoi first and then move to Tam Coc (Ninh Binh) for a few days. I found some good options there and booked a limousine transfer. They picked me up on time in the morning (on time), and the drive took several hours to get to my destination. The highway is uneven, the car was constantly bouncing, and the driver didn't even slow down over the bumps. When we arrived in Ninh Binh, those traveling to Tam Coc were transferred to another car and driven to the main street. The hotel was literally a three-minute walk away, but they could have taken us there! Incidentally, the drivers don't speak English, so they always kept quiet and communicated with gestures. Overall, I loved it. I highly recommend it. Have a great trip! Natalie Fastenbelts.


