After booking, we contacted via WhatsApp and were told the bus's pickup location. On the appointed day, the bus arrived on time, with plenty of room for our suitcases. We were given small bottles of water along the way. There was only one break, but it felt like just enough. We were woken up at the drop-off point. The trip was great!★

A very good option for getting from Hanoi to Sapa and back. Book your ticket online, and an agent will contact you via messenger with detailed information about the trip. They're always available and ready to respond if any problems arise. First, you'll be picked up from your hotel (if you're staying in the old town) in a small minibus and driven about 30 minutes to the company office, where you'll transfer to a larger sleeper bus. The departure was a little delayed, but it wasn't a big deal. The bus itself is very comfortable, with a pillow, blanket, headphones, water, and even a massage chair. It's great to sleep in both the upper and lower berths. Returning from Sara, you'll also be picked up from your hotel; you can go straight from the bus station near the market. There are two 25-minute stops along the way, where you can go to the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Thank you very much, everything was great.★

Everything was fine, a normal sleeper bus. There was a transfer from the hotel in Tam Coc and then a transfer to the hotel in Sapa.
