The Dolphin's facilities are indeed exceptionally luxurious, significantly larger than other cruise ships in Ha Long Bay, requiring a small boat transfer when docking. The food was fresh, the service was attentive, and overall I was satisfied! Booking through this agent also included hotel pick-up and drop-off service in the city center.

It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.
