I used the CSLeSIM eSIM for two days while traveling in Hong Kong. The advantage of this eSIM is its low price, but it also has disadvantages! The activation time is relatively long, about 10 minutes before it can be used. However, the signal was quite good in both the suburbs and the city center of Hong Kong. I will definitely use this eSIM again next time I travel to Hong Kong because it's extremely cost-effective.

I purchased this eSIM for my wife during my trip to Foshan and Guangzhou from March 10th to 15th, 2026, and the overall experience was excellent. The network was stable and fast, allowing us to use global apps that are typically blocked in China, such as YouTube, Google, Gmail, and Instagram. While TikTok was unavailable, this was a minor issue, as we could use Xiaohongshu as an alternative. Having a stable network in China is crucial, enabling us to use Alipay and WeChat Pay smoothly, especially since many merchants don't have exact change. If you pay 100 RMB for something around 30 RMB, they often struggle to give change, making mobile payment incredibly convenient. Most restaurants and cafes also encourage customers to order by scanning a QR code; a network connection speeds up the process. While manual ordering is also possible, QR code ordering is significantly more efficient due to busy staff. Even more convenient is the ease of eSIM installation; simply scan a QR code to add it, eliminating the need for a physical SIM card – a seamless and hassle-free process. With network support, we can easily navigate the city using map apps, helping us find restaurants, attractions, and shops – a very useful feature. Overall, this eSIM made our journey smoother and more convenient. My wife is very satisfied with the service because the network is very smooth, and we often use it to video call our children in Malaysia. The connection is super stable, the picture is clear and there is no lag, allowing us to stay closely connected even while traveling.
