Nothing to complain about - haven’t needed to contact customer service so unsure on that. Had signal most of the time, even in the middle of the sea when travelling from Krabi to phi phi!★

My husband and I visited for a massage. We booked prior and was greeted warmly with tea upon arrival. Our 90 minute session was perfect from start to finish. We were given the couples therapy room for no extra cost. Very relaxing
