Great tour eye opening experience... very long day so be prepared and if you go in decemeber time wrap up because its freezing cold. Tour was amazing great guides for both even on pick up Julia made us feel really welcome. Take snacks for the journey and your own drinks and the venues they are quite pricey.★

From pick up to drop off, we were well looked after. The driver was friendly on time and spoke brilliant english, he contacted us the day before to give us info on pick up times and if we required a packed lunch (at an additional cost) which was not expensive and more than enough for how long we were there. The tour itself was brilliant. The guide was great, very informative, and knowledgeable. She really brought home the story of what happened at Auschwitz and Birkenau. She was more than happy to answer any questions. The experience overall I would recommend to everyone
