Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.
A fee of 100% will be charged for cancellations requested before 23:59 on the day of date of use.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

This is a mixed group tour with an English guided tour.
Boat rides (visiting strangely shaped caves) may not be possible due to weather conditions.
Please note that tips for the rowing boatman are not included in the tour price. After the experience, please hand it in directly to the customer.
Hotel pickup and drop-off is only available for hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter.
If your hotel is outside this area, please meet at the Hanoi Opera House. 1 Trang Tien Hanoi
