Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. Convenient and efficient. We bought the tickets for 1:30pm but we arrived much earlier at 12:30pm due to travel plan change, luckily they could still take care of us as the van is not full.★

It's very convenient; you can pick it up at Hong Kong Station. Compared to other companies that might have a lot of problems, Trip.com, while not the cheapest, is the most straightforward and saves a lot of time for travelers.
