It was very punctual and convenient. I bought Trip.com on my way to Hong Kong Station, which meant I already had a QR code, so I could use it when I entered the station. It was very convenient, and I could check in at Hong Kong Station and check my luggage immediately. Compared to having to check in my luggage at the airport, the whole trip was much more comfortable, and I didn't have to carry my luggage around.

Hotel hygiene is excellent: the room is clean and fresh, the bed linens are soft and clean, the toilet is clean and odor-free, the tabletop is very clean, and the details are well-made. Living comfortably and peacefully is also a plus. The environment is also positive: the overall decor is simple and ambiance is clean and bright, the public areas are clean and bright, the hotel location is quiet and quiet, the soundproofing is good, and the night's rest is very stable. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making people feel very relaxed. The service is enthusiastic and attentive, check-in is quick and efficient, the staff is kind and polite, patiently answering questions and inquiries, proactively providing assistance, and being very accommodating. Overall, the hygiene is clean, the environment is comfortable, the service is on-point, and the price and value are excellent. I would choose this hotel again.


