I booked in advance and got a good deal. You need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time to get your ticket! If you are late, you won't be able to use the QR code and will have to repurchase it there. Seats are assigned near the entrance after you get your ticket! Make sure to book in advance to save money~★

Great communications (in both Chinese & English) by pick-up/drop-off staffs and bus drivers. It was a smooth, simple & easy drop-offs and pick-ups at both Macau and Hong Kong Immigration crossings. I crossed mid-week and mid-day, where a small number of “VISITORS” were required face-to-face Immigration reviews (& each of their Customs too). Would use this company to cross between HK & Macau in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★
