1. Guests who have successfully booked a ticket should redeem their QR code and arrive at the boarding point 10-15 minutes prior to departure on the day of travel. Follow the station map in the mini-program or the corresponding station directions on the Hong Kong-Macau Express official account to find the boarding point. The boarding point will be staffed by station staff from Hong Kong-Macau Express's Hong Kong service provider, Huandao Mainland Link (China-Hong Kong Link). Present your QR code to the station staff, who will print a paper ticket for you. Keep your paper ticket and wait for boarding. 2. Follow the station staff's instructions to stow your luggage, board the bus, and keep your paper ticket. Since seats are not assigned, please find an empty seat, fasten your seatbelt, and wait for departure. 3. Upon arrival at the Hong Kong (Macau) Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, all passengers will disembark and carry their own luggage. Upon entering the Hong Kong (Macau) Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, you will undergo luggage security inspection and prepare your documents to pass through Hong Kong Customs (Macau Customs). After passing through customs, choose the direction to Macau (Hong Kong). 4. After passing through Hong Kong (Macau) Customs, follow the instructions on the map below to find the boarding point. Present your ticket to the station attendant and board the bus. The bus will wait approximately 20 minutes. If you exceed the immigration checkpoint time for personal reasons (the company reserves the right to require a new ticket if your departure time exceeds one hour), please follow the instructions to find the Hong Kong-Macau Express staff after passing through customs, present your ticket, and arrange for a later bus with available seats. After finding the boarding point, stow your luggage, board the bus, find your seat, fasten your seat belt, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge along the way. 5. Upon arrival at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Macau (Hong Kong) Port, all passengers will disembark and carry their own luggage. After entering the Hong Kong (Macau) Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, you will undergo luggage security inspection and prepare your documents to pass through Hong Kong (Macau) Customs. Please ensure you have the necessary travel documents to enter Hong Kong. 6. After passing through Macau Customs, follow the instructions on the map below to find the boarding point. After the arrival hall, turn left and walk straight to Cross-Border Coach Area F. You will see the boarding point. Present your ticket to the station attendant and board the bus. The bus will wait approximately 20 minutes. If passengers exceed the immigration checkpoint time for personal reasons (within one hour; the company reserves the right to require a new ticket after one hour), please follow the instructions to find the Hong Kong-Macau Express staff after passing through immigration, present your ticket, and arrange for a later available bus. Once you find your boarding point, stow your luggage, find your seat, fasten your seat belt, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Macau along the way. Upon arrival at your destination, collect your luggage and disembark.
