Traveling from Hong Kong to Macau is convenient. Pay attention to the boarding gates; there are East and West gates. Ferries depart on time. Allow extra time for security checks, as you will need to go through immigration. The journey only takes about an hour to reach Macau.

Booking process was simple enough and contained all the info I needed to find the ferry terminal and correct jetty. Just be aware that there are 2 terminals in Macau so if you're making on ward travel plans be sure you know which one you're arriving at.

The ride itself was comfortable and fast, making it a great option for traveling between Hong Kong and Macau. The seats were comfortable and the journey was very relaxing. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience and a great way to travel. Highly recommended! ⛴️✨

Everything went really smooth, thanks to the driver. He always told us where to go when he dropped us at immigration, so we could easily find our bus again.

Overall it was good and smooth but I want to point out some drawbacks. 1. The bus stop at Macau Galaxy hotel is at the end of the complex and is hard to find. 2. The staff at the Galaxy hotel spoke Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) only. 3. If you cannot use an e-channel at immigration, you may be left as the bus left in 15-20 minutes while passing the immigration would take ~30 mins. You can take a later bus but have to contact the staff in a red coat (the staff spoke good English at HK side)


