Our guide Santi was fantastic, the best. La nostra guida Santi e stato fantastico! The best! Molto atento a tutte le comande, molto preparato. Very attentive to questions, very prepared. Even more, he was willing to speak another language even for just one person. Only praise for Santi. Di piu, e stato disposo a parlare altra lingua solo per una persona. Superb, impressive, and unforgettable! After fresh snowfall, the north face wasn't suitable for a tour. Ashàra then switched to the south side, and it was fantastic! The meeting point was initially a bit tricky to find, but everything was professionally organized, friendly, and competent. Personal equipment was meticulously checked for suitability. Anything the guides deemed unsuitable was quickly supplemented from Ashàra's stock—and that was a good thing. No participant was allowed to go without sunglasses—a wise decision. The ascent to the summit was expertly managed, entertaining, with well-placed breaks and very clear explanations about Mount Etna, its history, and life on and with the mountain… Excellent. Worth every penny. We always felt well taken care of, confident in our ability to safely navigate the route up and down. An incredible experience with two fantastic guides, Max and Giacomo. Grazie mille!★

We had an amazing tour! Santi was very nice, fun and had a lot of interesting information. It was really nice to start at the farm and taste some typical Sicilian food. The stop in the cave was also a good experience. The sunset was beautiful to see. Because of the various activities, it was very interesting. Santi explained things so well that even teenagers with weak English could understand him well. Would 10/10 recommend this!★

Fantastic tour! We hiked among Etna's many craters with breathtaking views. It felt like stepping into another world. During the hike, we received information about the flora and fauna on Etna, as well as about the volcano itself and its eruptions/lava. Super interesting and definitely a valuable addition if you want to learn more about Etna. At the end of the hike, you can "walk" down a steep slope, where your feet sink 30 cm into the black (lava rock) sand, which was a nice way to end the hike! Afterward, we went to a lava tunnel further up, and we received another explanation of the how and what. All in all, definitely worth it! Great tour guides who use a bit of humor while still managing to explain things in an engaging way.
