Reviews: Son Tra Peninsula, Marble Mountain and Hoi An Ancient Town Group tour: Depart from Da Nang
Guest User2026-02-07
This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.
Reviews: Nighttime Boat Cruise along the Han River with City Views in Da Nang city
Guest User2026-04-02
Watching the fire-breathing show at the Dragon Bridge from a boat on the river on weekends is a truly luxurious experience. The show starts at 9 PM on weekends, so it's a good idea to book a second boat ride. It can get a little chilly at night, so dress warmly. Water and fruit are served on board. The Vietnamese women's dance before departure was also very enjoyable.
Reviews: Marble Mountain - Hoi An Ancient Town by Night Guided Tour | Departing from Da Nang City
Guest User2026-02-20
It was an interesting trip - I was really amused by the beauty of Marble Mountains and Hoi An during the night time with the magical atmosphere of the lights. It was active as well which I like. However, I felt like it was a bit too rushed. It would be valuable to have time to really enjoy both places. Also, I would also appreciate it if the tour guide could share more information about both places. But overall I had really good time.
Reviews: Discover Hue Imperial City: Full-Day Guided Group Tour Depart from Da Nang or Hoi An
Guest User2026-02-07
The tour guide was very enthusiastic. Despite the hot weather, he led us around and explained everything. The entire group consisted of Russians, Chinese, and Japanese; none of them spoke English as their native language. The guide's English also had a strong Southeast Asian accent, so many of us struggled to understand, but he patiently explained everything. We visited three places in one day, each with its own unique features. First, we saw a lake, which was even more beautiful than I expected in photos. Then we went to the mausoleum, where we learned about the history, which was quite interesting. Finally, we visited the Imperial City, where the guide provided the most detailed explanation, leading us through about two-thirds of the area. Everyone we met along the way was also very friendly, helping each other and chatting—it was a memorable experience. I hope the tour can have a Chinese-speaking guide in the future.

The guide was super nice, really informative, and took good care of everyone. I booked a trip with a buffet lunch, and it was totally worth it. Overall, it was excellent.
Reviews: No Fishing Village Visit | Cham Island Full-Day Snorkeling Experience from Da Nang/ Hoi An
Guest User2025-10-09
Since I didn't want to do sightseeing, I chose the option to do only snorkeling twice, and ended up being the only family left at the first spot. It would have been better if they had given us some explanations and let us do some warm-up exercises before letting us in, but for our family, who were doing it for the first time, it was literally pure pandemonium lol. Even though it was the rainy season, the second spot was beautiful. There were sky-blue starfish and lots of pretty-colored fish. However, if you get seasick easily, you might want to take medication or wear a patch. One person in my family suffered from seasickness while floating around. The food was delicious, the beach where we rested was pretty, the speedo boat ride was fun, and the driver was friendly; it was a decent tour. I just suggest making the safety briefing a bit longer.
