I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

A must-do excursion; all three caves are wonderful, although Burano is the most beautiful. Murano deserves a bit more time than we were allowed. Torcello is historic and also worth a visit.

It would be helpful to specify that registration at the agency is required before starting the activity. A lot of time was wasted at the start; we had a 10:00 AM appointment for a boat that departed at 11:00 AM. The visit to Murano was too short, and we returned 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
