Beyond specified area: Transfer services are not available beyond the specified pick-up/drop-off area, All hotels in msucatAttractions and Activities: Nizwa Souk (Free entry) The site of one of the oldest souqs in the country, this extensive marketplace is dedicated mostly to fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, all of which are housed in separate blocks behind the great, crenellated piece of city wall that overlooks the wadi. Part of the souq (nearest the fort) is dedicated to handicrafts and caters specifically to the passing tourist trade. 1 hr(s)
Attractions and Activities: (At your own expense) Nizwa Fort — the most attended monument of Oman. The fort was built almost 370 years ago and it's based on the stream of water underneath. Surely, it's one of the best castles of that period worth seeing. Then we'll make a visit to Nizwa Souq. At the market you can buy traditional knives, pots and other unique items. 1 hr(s)
Attractions and Activities: Jebel Akhdar (Free entry) Wadi Bani Habib is a wonderful place to explore, especially if you are like me: curious and looking for something new. Here, atop Jebal Akhdar, you will discover the recently abandoned village of Habib, active walnut orchards, and an unused path all to yourself. 1 hr(s)
Attractions and Activities: Birkat Al Mouz (Free entry) Here you'll see how simple Omani people lived before. Also, you'll have a chance to see Aflaj irrigation systems that are in a list of UNESCO World heritage.
