Our tour guide, Ding Feipeng, was very responsible. The itinerary was well-planned, and his explanations were detailed and interactive. He explained Beijing's local features and enthusiastically shared his own introductions to the various doors of Beijing. He also gave us small gifts for free. It was my first time participating in a Ctrip group tour, and the experience was excellent. I highly recommend this enthusiastic and responsible tour guide.★

Director Yang's service was excellent. He closely monitored the meeting point and progress of the guests to ensure on-time departure. He explained important information on the bus with humor and personality; his wit and charm are undeniable—he's a real talent, a real gem! I even considered being his straight man in a comedy routine. Haha! His explanation of the Ming Tombs was professional, incorporating some interesting anecdotes; he's definitely got some skills. Our tour guide Elan was excellent in explaining in both English and mandarin the different steps from meeting point to final destination at Beitucheng station. She also took care of buying the necessary ticket with our passport and the long queue moved smoothly and rapidly that we soon started the climb of the great wall. Bring some cash in case your Alipay or WeChat doesn't work to buy food and drink on site. Overall a great experience and would gladly recommend booking with her. Thanks★

We booked this tour in advance and were already scheduling the others. This wasn't our first time on such a tour in China, and we had a general idea of the format. The driver and guide arrived on time, and along the way, we discussed stopping at the helipad. The guide suggested doing it first, which turned out to be a very smart decision. Overall, we were lucky with the lines that day; we spent less than an hour standing at the turnstiles. The driver and guide made our trip comfortable and helped with all the necessary details.
