I initially got a 1TB daily plan as a trial. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, everything connected, and the internet worked reliably all day. I was satisfied with the quality and extended the plan for the entire trip. The connection was also good on the road to Mui Ne and on the excursion to Dalat.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

This is simply superb! I activated the SIM card upon arrival and immediately called a taxi. It works everywhere in Fukuoka. I highly recommend it. A life hack for owners of phones without an eSIM: find this thing on marketplaces called an eSIM adapter. It looks like a SIM card, but you can store eSIM profiles on it. My Huawei ended up with eSIM functionality. It was incredibly convenient on my trip, which included three countries.
