Great! Everything was easy. The ferry was very fast and very punctual. Once we arrived in Hong Kong, we could easily take the metro. The waiting area was comfortable and had many restaurants.★

I used it to go from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. Since my destination was Nanshan District, I took the bus to the Shenzhen Port. It's a little more expensive than the subway, but the advantage is that you can always get a seat.★

Everything was very convenient and simple. After visiting Victoria Peak, we took the Peak Tram down the mountain and walked to Hong Kong Sheung Wan Pier. We used the app to purchase tickets for the overnight TurboJet ferry to Macau Pier, from where we walked to our hotel. We bought tickets for 11:00 PM but left early, at 9:30 PM. We didn't print anything; boarding was via QR code.★

The Trip.com booking system only showed the pick-up point as China Hong Kong City (without an address), requiring me to arrive 20 minutes early. To avoid being late and missing the pick-up point, I went to check it out the night before, but after searching for a long time, I still couldn't find it. When I called the number listed on the Trip.com website, the person who answered said they were security guards and didn't know anything about the bus. So, the next day, I arrived very early and went to the address I found online, "33 Canton Road," because it was close to my hotel. Taxis refused to take my fare, so I had to drag my heavy luggage around for a long time before finally finding the check-in point on the first floor of China Hong Kong City. The actual pick-up point was on the basement level, and I needed to be led there by staff. Furthermore, the bus company information was also unclear, only stating "Zhuhai" without specifying which mode of transportation to Zhuhai. I hope Trip.com can provide clearer information about the check-in point to better serve out-of-town travelers.★

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.
