Valet passes are valid for 75 minutes from the time they are issued, so even if you have a reservation for a specific date, you should issue your pass just before the day you plan to use it. I accidentally issued a pass for a reservation for another day and wasted it.

Easy process of booking, a little confusing to get the actual ticket at Venice, need to find the right location for the ticket machine even been asked the staff at the kiosk.

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour was conducted via a separate radio, I felt like it wasn't necessary to download the app. The main attraction, the gondola tour, was truly fantastic. Navigating the narrow alleys and canals of Venice by boat will remain a lasting memory.


