The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.★

The boat actually stays in the bay area without much sailing. A small boat takes us to various small islands for short walking and hiking. Crew are friendly and nice. The only thing you need to pay for is the drink★

Boat arrangements, food, staff were all fantastic. The bay itself can never disappoint however the sheer numbers of boats and people was shocking - I've only ever felt guilty if taking part in such mass tourism when I visited Venice. Kayaking was chaotic, cave was not worth the queues. Journey back at sunset was spectacular.
