We booked a premium class ticket with hotel transfers. We didn't regret a minute of it. We were picked up from the hotel a little later than scheduled, and it turned out we were closest to the pier. Trip support contacted the driver and explained everything, and we waited without any worries. We arrived at the pier, checked in, received stickers for our deck, and departed right on schedule. The ferry to Phi Phi takes two hours. Premium includes plush sofas, air conditioning, water, muffins, a restroom, and power outlets along the side. Access to the upper open deck is convenient.β

A staff member met us immediately upon arrival, calmly guided us through all the formalities without any lines, personally helped us with our luggage, and escorted us to the transfer areaβa special plus.
This service truly saves time and stress, especially after a flight. We were very pleased. Everything was efficient, polite, and to the point. The service fully met our expectations. I definitely recommend it.β

We were very pleased with the airport transfer! Everything was perfect. The driver met us in a clean and comfortable Toyota. The air conditioning was on, and the tinted windows protected us from the scorching sunβa must-have in Thailand! They helped us load our suitcases, and when we arrived at the hotel, they not only unloaded them but also carried them right to the reception desk. Everything was efficient, polite, and comfortable. I definitely recommend it! ππΌξ₯
