Upon arrival at terminal, you need to go left to Information center ( pic 1 ) to get your ticket, you can choose what train you want to catch. After you go straight forward and pass a barrier and follow skyliner sign and go left ( not straight as colour orange might mislead you ). Overall nice and straightforward process for AirPort Express. When it comes to 3 day Metro ticket, I couldn’t find ticket machine with QR code reader in my first station so I pressed assistance button close to gate and employee came and took me to their office and issued the ticket. Second one I bought also didn’t work on QR code reader so I was sent to main office again and got the new one within few minutes.About
