Hassle free and wonderful experience. Booked the bus tickets the night before and our guide Christina whatsapped the meeting point details shortly after. She gave us a good overview of mutianyu, recommended routes, booked the admission tickets, cable car ride and shuttle bus and arranged lunch for us. Thereafter we were free to climb the Great Wall at our own pace. Many parts of the climb were steep so wear proper shoes. Challenging but a great experience!

The Great Wall of China tour was superbly organized. We'd originally planned to take a tour bus from Qianmen Square to arrive early. But luckily, we saw this offer on trip.com and it was a great choice. Our guide, Maxim, gave us a fascinating insight into the history of the Wall, the history of China, and even life in China. It was incredibly interesting, and the trip flew by. Upon arrival, they explained everything in detail. They treated us like valued guests and provided everything we needed to visit the Wall and relax in comfortable surroundings before returning to Beijing. I definitely recommend using this company's services. I'm sure you won't regret it. A huge thank you to Maxim and Oleg for ensuring our experience at the Wall was a positive one, and for making sure we return to do what we haven't yet had the chance to do. (But it's our own fault; you need to stay in shape.) We hope our review helps future travelers.

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. Perfect experience. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and comfortable. The communication with Lucy was great and professional, giving me step by step information along the way. We contact the day before trip. We used WhatsApp to communicate. The driver was very helpful picking me up and dropping me off at my hotel. Car is really comfortable. Once at at the Great Wall the driver walked me to the shuttle bus, got on the bus with me and showed me to the chair lift up. Then meeting me up at the top of the chair lift before leaving for me to walk the wall which was perfect. I then met the driver back in the car park where he had dropped me off. The driver didn’t speak English but we used a translator and it was absolutely fine. Key tips, remember where the car parked, make sure you have enough battery on your phone, it’s a lot of stairs on the wall up and down hill so not suitable if you are injured etc and wear comfortable shoes. Make sure you have your passport!

Looking at the Marble Boat, Teacher Chen explained its ingenuity in being "unfailingly submerged by water and unburnt by fire," a testament to Emperor Qianlong's design. Gazing at the Seventeen-Arch Bridge, she detailed the spectacular "golden light piercing through the arches" during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Climbing the Tower of Buddhist Incense, she analyzed the architectural wisdom and imperial beliefs embedded in its layered buildings. Through Teacher Chen's explanations, the ripples of Kunming Lake and the flying eaves of ancient buildings became fingertips for touching Qing Dynasty history and garden art, transforming this visit into an immersive cultural exploration.


