We booked an English-speaking guide because the Russian-speaking ones were already booked, but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was clear, and the guide was always available. We managed to see everything. Be sure to take a sleigh ride, it was fun.

They don't leave at 9:00, so be careful. Keep in mind that if you take a taxi, morning traffic in Beijing can really mess up your plans: 15 minutes normally, 30-33 in the morning. Plus, the car might not be nearby. We ended up being late, but they changed our date and destination for free. Good service.
