This was our first sleeper bus ride, and we loved it—it's very convenient on a long trip. Upon boarding, they took our shoes off and gave us shoe bags. Our seats were opposite each other. Everything was thoughtfully provided: personal air conditioning, a fast phone charger, pillows, a blanket, water, and snacks. The ride was quiet at night, and everyone slept soundly. We slept well and arrived right on schedule. A great option for overnight trips!★

Excellent service! The manager was always available, telling me what time and where to be, and checking in on everything. The bus is comfortable: the seat reclines fully, there's a blanket, pillows, water, cookies, and wet wipes. The restroom is clean. I didn't like that the driver made frequent personal stops and played loud music, which interfered with my sleep. Otherwise, it's a very convenient way to travel.★

The bus is comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed linens are definitely washed before the trip, as everything smelled of air conditioning. It's a bit hard to sleep at night, though, as you can feel every bump and turn, but that's a drawback of the mode of transport itself, not this particular company. Overall, the experience with them is still positive.★

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.
