Catania: Sail Tour of Cyclops Coast with Sicilian Aperitif

Discover the Ionian Sea on a sailing trip from Catania. Sail past the Castle of Aci Castello, marvel at the centuries-old lava flow rocks, and go for a dip in the refreshing water.
After meeting the skipper at the port of Catania, board your sailboat and head towards Aci Trezza. As you sail, learn about the terrain and history of the area from your sailor. Cruise by rocks created by ancient lava flowing into the sea and spot the plants hardy enough to grow there.
Continue past the Castle of Aci Castello, jutting into the sea on a teetering cliff. Once you reach Aci Trezza, dive into the water for a refreshing swim. Use the snorkeling gear on board to spot tropical fish, or try your hand at stand-up paddleboarding.
After returning to the boat, enjoy a glass of Italian Bubbles and some local appetizers like flavored cheese, fresh tomatoes, cold cuts, and bread with savory pestos before sailing back to Catania Port.

The tour will take place on board either a Beneteau Sense 55, Dufour 41, or Oceanis 39, depending on the number of participants.
