Calgary to Canmore/Banff

Airport Pick up:
Vivo Green is located inside the airport on the arrivals level next to exit door 5. Please check in at our counter before boarding. Your shuttle driver will host you on-site at our counter 5 minutes before the designated departure time.

Scenic Acres Parade Parking # 1 Pick up:
Please wait at the curbside right next to "On-it" Transit Sign

Please note, the pick up time for Scenic Acres will be 30 minutes later than the airport pick up time.

Please wait at the requested pick-up location 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
While we do our best to ensure you arrive at your pick-up or drop-off location on time, delays can be expected due to high volumes of traffic. Please ensure you account for extra travel time to get to your destination on time.

Luggage Policy:
One Check-in and One carry-on luggage are free. For each additional luggage, a $10 extra luggage charge will be applied (Pay onsite to the driver). If you have ski bags or bike boxes (oversized luggage), please inform us while booking, we will use a bigger size vehicle to accommodate you and your luggage. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to your luggage or personal items during transfer. In case of lost and found items, it's the individual's responsibility to arrange for pick up and/or delivery back home.

Banff National Park Pass:
If you are a visitor to Banff National Park, please purchsae park pass upon entering Banff National Parkl (Banff town is inside National Park). It is each individual guest's responsibility to purchase a park pass upon entry into Banff National Park. You can pre-purchase your passes here: https://www.banfflakelouise.com/park-pass-purchase.
If you are traveling to Canmore, National Park Pass is not required.
