2:20 pm: meet in front of the Cité du Vin (Wine Museum). Your guide will welcome you and explain the day's programme.
2:30 pm: departure.
We begin with a visit to the winery to be classified as a Cru Bourgeois. You will discover how the wines are made and how this organic vineyard is run before tasting 3 wines from the estate.
Then we'll head for the village of Margaux, where you'll visit a second estate classified as a Grand Cru 1855 and growing its vines organically or biodynamically. After a tour of the technical facilities, you will taste 3 wines including a Grand Cru Classé 1855.
6:30 pm: return to Bordeaux (+/- 5 min.).
