Hi! We are Marianna and Patrizia, owners of Organic certified Acetaia Oddolini and Acetaia dei Bago. We have created a collaboration to offer you a unique, tasty and natural experience! What is it about? There won't be any tour operator waiting for you, but exclusively Marianna the producer who will take you on a visit to the most historic Modena Balsamic Vinegar Cellar that has been producing Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PDO for several generations. It will be a great journey where you will be pleasantly pervaded by the scent of the Modena Original Black Gold preserved in the barrels and you will feel like you are immersed in a magic era!
During the visit, Marianna will tell you the hundred-year history of Balsamic Vinegar and also the secrets related to the production of this precious product.
At the end of the visit we will offer you a taste of pure traditional balsamic vinegar and others balsamic gourmet seasonings combined with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and other local food.
It will also be possible to bring home some products as a reminder of this sensory experience.
Marianna and Patrizia unlike many others who offer visits are small producers, therefore, for you it will be a unique opportunity to come into direct contact with the real and original world of artisanal balsamic vinegar.
