Sal island : Full day excursion Salinas, Shark Bay, Blue Eye

Discover the island of Sal and its hidden charms in Sal, the most deserted and enchanting destination in Cape Verde. You'll start your tour at Miragem de fatamorgana with its illusions of water in the desert and then we'll continue on to visit the blue eye at Buracona which is an authentic work of art by nature. there's a pool inside the buracona where you can swim a bit if the sea is good. Then we'll go to the bay of the lemon tubeworms, a type of shark that lives in shallow waters. You'll walk about 50 meters in knee-deep water and then watch the animals. To finish on a high note, we will float in the salt lake of the Pedra de Lume salt flats with its crystal clear waters. The water in the salt flats has a high concentration of salt. When you bathe, your skin will feel soft. You can also use the mud to moisturize your skin. Afterwards, we will return to Santa Maria.
