Auckland: Devonport Village Segway Tour

Meet your instructor at the Ferry Ticket Office in the Devonport Ferry Terminal. Sign in, store any bags you want to leave behind and have a helmet fitted. Then it's out to Victoria Wharf for a safety briefing and to either refresh your Segway riding skills or learn from the beginning. Enjoy plenty of time to practice before beginning your tour.

Ride around the Devonport Waterfront to enjoy the views and have more training on some gentle inclines and over some rough terrain to improve your confidence on the Segway. Pass by ancient lava flows, the local yacht club, historic taverns, buildings, and beautifully restored Victorian villas as you make your way to Cheltenham Beach. Take in the view of the Hauraki Gulf and the many islands including Rangitoto the oldest volcanic cone in the region. Glide effortlessly up the hills so you can get the spectacular views of Auckland city.
