On your guided tour of this family-owned, organic winery, you'll get an inside look at the full production cycle, from vineyards to bottle. Then, you'll taste five different organic wines, each paired with hot bruschetta, a selection of typical Norcia salami and local cheeses with jams and organic balsamic vinegar.
