We chose the most expensive Fast Track, but didn't see the point in overpaying for it. The organization was good: they were waiting for us at the designated location, and communication was quick and clear. However, there were only two flights instead of five, and we got through passport control in five minutes.
The promised hand-holding didn't happen after that—they gave us a paper, and we navigated our way around on our own. The situation with assistance with luggage and getting to a taxi was similar.
Perhaps the service is justified given the huge lines, especially given the high price of the Fast Track, but in our case, the only benefits were at passport control. The most expensive option definitely wasn't worth it.★

It was really convenient to be able to complete immigration quickly without waiting long. I was especially satisfied because I could save a lot of time, as I want to get out of the airport as soon as possible after landing. The booking process wasn't difficult, and following the instructions made the whole process smooth. It was great not having to get exhausted from standing in line right at the start of my trip.★

It was very easy to communicate with the company, I added them on LINE before arriving. Once we were off the flight it was easy to find the person in the terminal and we were shown to fast track quickly. My experience was 4 lines of fast track and it was still pretty busy, we were lining up for about 45 minutes and the 'normal' line looked a good 2.5 hours. We chose this option as we had afternoon plans, but understand fast track can be busy if others have purchased it. It's not too expensive so it's probably worth it, just makes life a bit easier rather than waiting for ages.★
