Such a great experience. We didn’t eat here, but we spent a good few hours on the volcano experience, the ice cave, the observation deck and the aurora show. Out of everything, the into the volcano experience was incredible - we all loved it, really innovative, exciting and educational. The aurora show was less engaging - the auditorium was brilliant, but the show itself seemed to try to mix folklore and science, but didn’t really land either. We’d definitely recommend the whole place though - our pre-teen loved it!

It's great to see the whales life-size, and the audio guide was available in many languages, but I felt it lacked attention to detail. Basically, it was just a huge hall full of whales; the short videos at the information stations were poor and uninformative, and a documentary was playing in the next room. I would have liked video screens, interactive buttons that played whale sounds, etc.

I really enjoyed the boat trip. Especially since, shortly after setting out, we encountered these incredible whales—an absolutely beautiful sight. We also spotted some dolphins on the way back. Overall, the crew was quite good and friendly. Well done! Thank you for the time spent together!
