Reviews: Osaka to Kobe Day Trip: Cup Noodle DIY, Arima Onsen, Mt. Rokko Observatory, Meriken Park, Kobe Mosaic
Guest User2026-10-26
We came to Japan for a free and easy trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. After booking our accommodation in Osaka, we were looking into an itinerary covering Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto when we found a Kobe tour on Trip.com that included a Korean-speaking guide, so we booked it. The entire course was great, but personally, I really enjoyed the Arima Onsen. We were given detailed explanations of the town's specialties and time to visit the hot springs. Above all, Guide Jo Jun-young gave us detailed explanations and took photos of us against great backgrounds at every tourist spot, making it a truly enjoyable trip. If you are visiting Kobe, I highly recommend booking a tour to explore comfortably. During our free time, we enjoyed the hot springs and had a delicious chicken broth ramen for lunch. We also really enjoyed the cider at Arima Onsen. The cider had just the right amount of carbonation and sweetness, so we ended up drinking three bottles.

Reviews: 1-Day Tour for Good Fortune: Katsuo-ji + Sanda Premium Outlets + Arima Onsen Town|Small group (9 people)

Everything was as advertised on Ctrip, except that I waited at the hotel entrance until 8 a.m. and still no car came to pick me up. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip customer service, and Mr. Chen Xiaolong, a dedicated after-sales representative, handled my situation. Mr. Chen was incredibly patient, calling multiple times until I was finally able to depart smoothly. I must say, Ctrip's after-sales response was prompt and their processing speed was excellent. Being alone and helpless abroad, every word of comfort from customer service was incredibly heartwarming. Thank you so much!

Reviews: Kobe Port + Ijinkan Street Scenery + Arima Onsen + Rokko Mountain Night View Day Trip - Sleep in
Guest User2026-05-18
I took a vacation to Osaka and joined a Kobe day trip on Ctrip. We departed from Nipponbashi at noon, and our group of six, led by driver Cai, visited Kobe Port, the Ijinkan (Foreigners' House), Arima Onsen, and the night view of Rokko Mountain and Osaka Bay. Personally, I didn't think the Ijinkan was worth seeing, but the other attractions were quite nice and worth visiting. A special shout-out to our driver, Mr. Cai, for his kindness and politeness; I wish him all the best for his future and great success!

Reviews: Small group for 13 people · 1-day tour to Kobe, Himeji Castle, Mount Rokkō and Arima Onsen | optional hotel pick-up service

For travelers staying in Osaka city center and planning a trip to Himeji Castle, the customer service team's dedication is invaluable from booking to the successful completion of the trip. The dispatched driver is only responsible for pick-up and drop-off at the attractions; no guided tours are provided. Therefore, don't expect too much, as their primary responsibility is to ensure travelers have a pleasant trip and a safe return home. Ultimately, the key is to ensure you reach your desired destinations smoothly and quickly; this is a top choice.

Reviews: Kobe, Arima Onsen, Rokko Mt. Night View, Kitano Ijinkan Street Day Trip
Guest User2026-08-23
Overall, the trip was good. The only drawback was that although the tour guide said WeChat Pay and Alipay were widely accepted in Kobe, very few accepted them. Most places only accepted cash and credit cards, which meant we couldn't eat at the restaurants we wanted. Make sure to bring enough cash or credit cards when visiting Kobe.

Reviews: Himeji Castle + Arima Onsen + Mount Rokko (Departing from Osaka / Optional Tempura Deluxe Set Meal)
Guest User2026-08-20
Maybe we weren't very lucky, but the tour guide didn't really want to talk to us, unlike other travelers 😅 But the excursions themselves were simply wonderful, they told us about each place in detail, offered help if necessary, and even Japanese language practice (optional).
